Hi everyone,
We have booked a complaint since water stopped coming after servicing the pruifier around a week . As we have expert RO WP, we are receiving fault 1 code.
Neither the technician nor the agency tagged to us responds or have come even after 5 days of opening complaint. The app in which we opened the ticket does not even update. Also the customer care asks us to buy a new one as this is discontinued and we will not get new motherboard. My request is if customers are using this model how come the motherboards are not manufacture.
2) Even after paying AMC they don't visit us and we are suffering since 5 days on the same.
3) We are also not aware whether they have placed a request for new mother board as the technician instead of visiting asks us the error codes and the issue in the call.
I request to have process process and customer CARE at Eureka as all our issues are unattended. Its really spoiling the reputation of Eureka.
