Eureka Forbes — Problems with my water purifier repair request

This is in reference to my service request (Ticket Number: CM[protected] raised on Oct-02-2024. It has been four days since I raised the issue about my malfunctioning water purifier, and yet, no technician has visited. Despite repeated follow-ups, I have not received any response, nor is my issue being addressed with the urgency it deserves.
This has been an ongoing problem and is completely unacceptable for a company that promises reliable service.
Every day, the customer care representative calls me to tell that the technician will visit today.
