[Resolved]  Eureka Forbes — refund of amc contract for dr. aquaguard

I paid rs. 5020.00 for amc contract on 27 january, 2018.in two days their executive came and tell me to replace pump. Pump will charge rs.3500.00 extra. I said i don't want to pay it. I don't want to replace my pump. So please refund my amc money. Guys denying refund. Please help me get the refund. It's my right to pay for pump. They are actually forcing me by not refunding my money to pay extra for pump. There is no possibility of my water filter to work without pump and i don't want to pay extra for pump. Please help me get my money back.

It's been 8 days and we are without water as Eureka Forbes is doing nothing to solve my troubles. I am asking a valid refund because I don't want to pay extra for pump and without pump, filter isn't working. There must be a provision to repair pump under Annual Maintenance program because I don't have money to pay for repair. It's better if company look forward to take this case seriously.

My registered contact number is [protected]. I don't know what is my customer id. I have contract number which is [protected]. I paid online AMC on January 27, 2018. I paid Rs.5020.00. There is no reason to continue contract as your executive told us that pump's not working and without pump contract is wastage of money so Please refund my money.
The problem has been solved. Thank you so much for your assistance. I am grateful to Eureka Forbes Team ans specially thankful to Ronak Patel (Ahmedabad Branch) for handling my concern in good terms. I am very unsatisfied with customer care executives though. They were very rude with me when I was asking about refunds. Please try to improve your customer care helpline ethics. Thanks overall for solving my troubles.
