Eureka Forbes — Refund of amount for cancelled order

We had booked eureka forbes wet and dry vacuum cleaner on 18.06.2020. Vide cust id [protected] and order id [protected]
We have cancelled the order for the same on 19.06.2020 via their online portal having acknowledgment no 11798.

We had done customer identification on service call received from their side.
We are yet to receive the same.
We had given them a call on 20.7.2020 regarding the same and were informed that the amount will be refunded in 7 to 10 working days. As the refund was not received till date, we contacted the landline no [protected] today. We are been told the refund is not initiated yet as we have not given confirmation on service call. Which apparently we have done multiple times.
Today we asked for email confirmation for the initiation of cancellation process but have not received yet.
Company eureka forbes claim on their website that

That is totally falls and misguide the consumer in toto.

Company telephone no mentioned in their website, they are not responding at all. Same with the coporate office no.
