Initial Complaint (Low Water Flow):
I raised a complaint regarding low water flow from my Eureka Forbes water purifier on 21/02/2025.
I was assured that the issue would be resolved within 24 hours under the AMC service agreement.
No Action Taken:
Despite multiple assurances from your customer support team, no technician visited within the promised timeframe.
The problem worsened, and the water purifier has now completely stopped working.
My family and I have been forced to rely on unfiltered water, which is a serious health risk.
Repeated Follow-Ups & False Promises:
I have sent multiple emails and contacted customer support, only to receive template responses with no real action.
I was informed that my complaint had been escalated multiple times, yet there has been no technician visit or any concrete solution provided.
Request for AMC Cancellation & Refund Ignored:
Since Eureka Forbes has failed to fulfill its service obligations, I had requested an immediate cancellation of my AMC and a full refund.
Instead of addressing my request, your team keeps asking me to "cooperate" while no real steps are being taken.
My Final Demand:
Provide a confirmed resolution timeline TODAY.
If my issue is not resolved immediately, I will escalate this further to the Consumer Forum for:
Deficiency of service
Breach of contract under AMC
Compensation for the inconvenience caused
