I am suffering from the leakage issue of the RO filter for the last four months.
Already 4 times the service personals attended the issue. But it fails again and again and the leakage continues to happen very often. The service personals are incapable of solving the issue.
Recently on wednesday I lodged a complaint for leakage but no one attended the issue till date. I contacted the local agency on No.[protected]. and requested for an immediate resolution of the problem as I am suffering for drinking water for the last four days.. The person who attended the call told me that he cannot help me out as he doesnt have staff to attend it now and I have to wait. I tried to convince him of my immediate requirement of drinking water but he rudely responded and switched off his phone. I felt very bad of his unfriendly behaviour. My product is under AMC for two years. I have been using the product for the last 15 years and all the time in AMC. It is very dissappointing that the agency is behaving to the customers like this.. I am from Bangalore and the product is registered with my mobile [protected].
I request you to initiate punitive action against this agency for this unfriendly and rude behaviour to customers. This types of agencieies will definitly spoil the image of your company. so please enthrust this work to some good agencies who are capable of handling the service issues of your products.
