I've purchased my Eureka Forbes LVAC Voice robo cleaner on Aug 16th.
Within 1 month of the puchase the product stopped working and after many challenges to register the complaint online, i managed to raise the complaint which was very late attended for 2 months of follow-up and below is the service tracking details to make you understand the kind of pathetic customer service delivered on the product.
Req no. CM[protected]st Oct - Unattended and autoclosed on 27th Oct 2024.
Req no. CM[protected]th Oct - Complaint unattended and autoclosed again on Nov 2024.
After multiple follow-ups and escalations, I was asked to register another complaint which I did as below.
CM[protected] Jan and got it rescheduled to 10th Jan attended by technician after multiple follow-ups.
Technician took the product back and informed us that PCB board needs to be replaced and its been more than 45 days the product is still waiting for replacement and not yet delivered back.
I'm deeply disappointed by the quality of the product and I'm writing this after getting no support from Eureka Forbes in fixing my product.
