I have been trying to renew my amc since october first week.
When i login with my number and the otp they send, i ended up seeing the same message "your email address is already registered with some other number"
I had also called and verified with cc team is there any mismatch, they had verified both my email id and mobile number and confirmed no mismatch.
I have sent the screenshot to [protected]@eurekaforbes.com
They raised a ticket to contact helpline number : [protected]
When i contact helpline number, i was informed that its a online issue contact[protected]
When i dialed[protected] number, i was informed that, this is a known issue and we have been receiving this from many customers and we have forwarded to company to fix it. Hence please mail to [protected]@eurekaforbes.com with a screen shot, now the customer again get into the loop.
I don't understand how one of the leading company in water purifier taking such a long time to fix login issue.
