Dear Eureka Forbes Team,
I am writing this email out of frustration and deep concern regarding the state of our RO system, which is under your CMC contract valid until June 2025. Despite repeated follow-ups, it took considerable effort to get a technician to visit our home today.
As a loyal customer, we have always trusted Eureka Forbes, handing over our RO system for servicing without questioning the process. However, during today's inspection alongside your technician, we discovered shocking issues that have left us extremely disappointed and worried:
Bypassed Filters and Sensors:
Several filters, including the mineral filter, appear to have been bypassed in the system.
The TDS control sensor was found disconnected from the system entirely.
Health and Safety Concerns:
These issues make us question the water quality we’ve been consuming for months. It's deeply concerning to think that we may have been drinking unpurified water, potentially putting our family’s health at risk.
Unacceptable Contract Dispute:
Your technician claims that the choked filters are not covered under the CMC contract. This is unacceptable and feels like a breach of trust, as we expected the contract to include maintenance and ensure the proper functioning of the system.
I am utterly disappointed with the lack of accountability and the service quality we've experienced. Eureka Forbes has been a name synonymous with trust, but this experience has shaken our confidence in your brand.
I demand the following actions immediately:
Inspection by a Senior Technician: Send a senior and experienced technician to conduct a thorough inspection of the system and address all issues identified.
Replacement of Faulty Components: Filters, sensors, or any other defective parts must be replaced without delay. We expect this to be covered under the CMC as part of your commitment to maintaining the system.
We trusted Eureka Forbes with the health and safety of our family, and this situation has been nothing short of disappointing. Please address this matter as a priority and provide a resolution immediately.
