To whom it may concern,
I am writing this with extreme frustration and disappointment regarding the absolutely unacceptable service I’ve received for my AQUAGUARD BLAZE INSTA RO+UV+TA HOT & AMB water purifier.
I raised a service request (Ticket No: CM[protected] because the purifier is not working. Despite multiple reschedules — only because no engineer ever showed up — there has been ZERO progress. I’ve been forced to keep rescheduling just so the ticket remains active in your CRM, but clearly, that’s all your system is good for — keeping tickets open without resolution.
No engineer has been assigned. No one has visited. No one has even bothered to call. This is beyond frustrating. I am completely fed up with this pathetic level of service.
Let me be very clear: I demand a resolution IMMEDIATELY. If this is not resolved within the next 24 hours, I will escalate this issue through every possible channel — social media, consumer forums, and legal avenues. I will also make sure to never purchase any of your products again and will actively discourage others from doing so.
