I am writing this email to express my deep dissatisfaction regarding the unresolved service complaint I had raised on 24th June, which continues to be ignored. Despite repeated expectations, no technician has contacted us and no follow-up action has been taken.
Furthermore, our Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) was due in December, yet no filter changes have been made, and the system is displaying incorrect service information. This is unacceptable and reflects negligence in both customer service and product maintenance.
I urgently request the following information:
- Details of the last technician who visited our premises, including name, contact number, and service ID
- Immediate assignment of a qualified technician to complete the overdue AMC and resolve the filter issue
- Assurance of accurate service records in the system
If appropriate action is not taken within the next 48 hours, I will be compelled to escalate this issue through appropriate consumer forums and take further action.
