I am writing to express my frustration regarding the lack of resolution for my service request (CM[protected], which I raised on 9th December 2024 for my VacMop under warranty. While a technician visited and assured me that spare parts would be ordered, there has been no progress since then.
I have repeatedly followed up through various channels, including contacting the technician (who has stopped answering my calls) and your helpdesk, yet my issue remains unresolved.
I have contacted the below mentioned team multiple times but they were of no use to me.

This prolonged delay is not only unprofessional but unacceptable, especially considering the product is still within its warranty period.
I expect immediate action to address this situation. Specifically:
Confirmation of the spare parts' order and delivery timeline.
A firm resolution date, preferably within the next 48 hours.
Note that if this issue is not addressed promptly, I shall approach the consumer court and get the required resolution.
I hope for your cooperation in resolving this matter without further delays. Prioritize this case and provide a clear and definitive update at the earliest.
