A person(technician) named Hemanth A (Ph #[protected]) came for purifier service. he just cleaned the box. when asked to change the filter kit as per the AMC agreement (valid till 13-Junw-2025), he gave a wrong reason and lied saying the validity is only till 15-may-2025 and left the premises.
Then I sent an email to "[protected]@eurekaforbes.com" with all details, I received a response saying the issue will be addressed soon and they created another service request to attend the issue between 8PM and 9 PM, but no one ever reached me or acknowledged the request. eventually they assigned to same person.

I was waiting till afternoon on Friday taking work from home option from office to attend this personally. but no one ever turned back. I made an attempt to reach out to customer care over phone, they assured th.t the person will attend this issue immediately. Then I saw an option in mobile app of "Eureka forbes" to call the technician from the app itself. but that person did disconnect my calls but when he attended the call, he was so rude and adamant, and he told me to again call the call center and complain. he said he will verify the date again and abruptly disconnected my call.
The eureka forbes should provide better and easy way to reach out to customer care and should be prompt enough to resolve complaints.
I am finding it too harassing and tiring exercise to get the service done for their devices.
Is this a fit case to go to consumer court on technician and service provider as i have spent too many hours from busy schedule to just attend this one thing.
