[Resolved] Eureka Forbes — worst customer service and product | |||
Bought a new aquaguard water purifier enhance (Ro+uv+mtds), within a month i have started facing the issue, raised the complaint (Service req no : [protected]), technician came and started replacing the internal parts of the purifier and still unable to resolve the issue. I have raised my concern on why they are replacing the internal parts of this new product which is hardly a month old. Surely this is faulty product and i need it to be replaced.
