Dear Sir,
This is inform to you that 25th October-2016, service engineer of eureka Forbes, came to my home for second service of our water purification system with two in one compact cartridge. Within one year company suppose to give two free service. Last 4th October one year has been completed & the local distributor was called-up on 7th October for second service.
25th October the service person was came to my house & opened the machine & broken the filter parts of the machine, now the water is licking. we tried to convince him to corrected the same, but he did misbehave & the way of talking was not correct.
Before the service the machine was in condition, nothing was licking. After service it was defected.
I would like to request you please look into it.
My query is...
1. Why we did not facilitated with two free service within the warranty period.
2. Before service the machine was in condition but after the service it was defected.

When we purchased the machine, we were unknown about the subject that the filter not replaced if the same will be defected during at the
warranty period as per the customer care information.
Till today no one has visited or not taken any initiative to resolve this issue.
