Dear Sir/Madam,

I am VIJAYASARADHI BANDLA. I applied for PAN CARD in Sept-2009. My PAN CARD was processed and PAN number AUXPB6737E was alloted to me. The PAN CARD has been dispatched on 07-Oct-2009 by Expressit Logistics Worldwide Ltd. courier vide airway bill no. [protected]. But I have not received my PAN CARD till date[protected]. I verified my PAN particulars in the net and found that my PAN CARD was returned to NSDL due to wrong address. Then I went to EXPRESSIT LOGISTICS WORLDWIDE LTD ofiice in NELLORE (AP) for knowing the truth.Where I found astonishing aspects.They are:

1) I went to EXPRESSIT LOGISTICS WORLDWIDE LTD ofiice,NELLORE at 5PM on[protected] and found that the office closed.

2) I enquired with the near by shop keepers, they said that the office opens only twice or thrice in a week and they are disgusted with the customers of EXPRESSIT LOGISTICS WORLDWIDE LTD for giving answers as the office of EXPRESSIT LOGISTICS WORLDWIDE LTD hardly opens twice or thrice in a week. Then I collected the address and phone no of the supervisor of EXPRESSIT LOGISTICS WORLDWIDE LTD ofiice and with greate difficulty I went to his house and found that he is sleeping.

3) I shew my ADDRESS PARTICULARS,PIN COAD,PHONE NUMBER etc., and asked him why my PAN CARD returned undeliverd despite every thing is OK.He talked very recklessly. I was astonished and hurt with the behaviour of the supervisor of the EXPRESSIT LOGISTICS WORLDWIDE LTD ofiice in NELLORE of AP.

4) I found it is hartening that he is having nexus with some local PAN AGENTS and he is delivering the PAN CARDS applied through those agents only by collecting money and he is simply returning the PAN CARDS applied through others.THIS IS THE REASON WHY MY PANCARD AS WELL AS SOME OTHERS RETURNED UNDELIVERD DESPITE EVERYTHING IS OK.

I am Raval Hiteshkumar Dahyalal. I applied For pancard as on 14 sept.,2009. My Acknowledgment Number is [protected]. When I enquired through internet, it is mentioning that it is already dispatched through Expressit Logistics Worldwide Ltd. courier service and the courier vide airway bill no is .i hope u give a good solution for this [protected]. I hope you will consider my complaint and give a reasonable answer and also take strict steps against courier company which is mention above.

i had applied for PAN card through NSDC, PAN card is despetched on 22/07/2004, through expressit logistics worldwide ltd. the company website shows that the pan card is delivered on 24/07/2009, but it is false. when i asked the gandhinagar office, they reply me that the pan card is still not delivered, and it will be delivered on today or tommorow for last 15 days, but still i donot get pan card. i phoned them daily but nor proper status is to be informed.kindly helm me to get my Pan card.

My one pan card was despatched by department through Expressit Logistics Worldwide Ltd. courier service on 01.08.09 vide airway bill no. [protected] but till date i.e. 11.08.09 i did not got the same.

PAN card has been dispatched in favour of my wife i.e Sunita Kumari by the Income Tax Department on 22nd June, 09 by the Expressit Logistics Worldwide Ltd. courier vide airway bill no. [protected] which was to be delivered in Vaishali, Ghaziabad. The same could not be recieved so far.

My PAN card has been dispatched on 27th Feb. 2009 through Expressit Logistics Worldwide Ltd. vide airway bill no- [protected] but till date the same has not been received by me please do the needful and arrange to deliver it.thanks

I was supposed to receive a consignment from Expressit courier carrying my HDFC Credit card (AWB#807284Z352) on April 11, 2009. Not receiving the consignment I wrote a mail to the customer service department of Expressit courier on April 14, 2009. Subsequently I received a call from its Mumbai office and the person assured me to deliver the consignment by 3-30 pm on April 16, 2009. In between I received a couple of calls from its Kolkata office staff (I received call last week as well) and I explained them the location of my residence. They tried negotiating the delivery time unnecessarily. Being a service holder it's not possible for me to stay at my residence throughout the day just for receiving a courier. I am available at residence after 7-00 pm and before 8-00 am. I asked them to handover the consignment to my relative available at my residence after verifying the documentary proof. I have kept my original Govt IDs like voter ID card / passport / PAN card with my relative for this purpose. They could have checked such original documentary proofs of my relative as well for this purpose. But they insisted that the consignment can only be delivered to me personally or some of my blood relatives. My parents do not stay with me and I am single. So it means they can't deliver the consignment to my residence unless I take that personally! It's simply ridiculous! Earlier credit cards from banks like HSBC, SBI, ICICI and Citi have been delivered to my relative at my residence after checking their valid Govt IDs! I have also given them the option to deliver the consignment at my office in Kolkata after checking my original and valid Govt IDs. But they didn't agree! It's a matter of deep regret!!!

Probably you people are wondering why I have written such a detailed complaint! Some delay in delivery is acceptable. But this is a case of sheer negligence of the staffs at Expressit courier's Kolkata office. They are typically stubborn in attitude and lack flexibilty and willingness to solve an issue. I believe they lack the basic sense of politeness, integrity and professionalism. And people like us do not expect such amateurism from a professional and reputed organisation like Expressit.

Hope this issue will draw attention of the concerned authority. They should take a propmt and corrective action in this regard and prohibit the occurence of such incidence in days ahead!

Last week i was expecting a courier (credit card) from ICICI bank and they dispatched it through ExpressiT courier.

The delivery boy cam to my home asked fro the proof. she showed the BSNL bill but he did not accept that and talked to her very rudely and left. He returned it to the ICICI bank.

i had to Talk to the ICICI bank again to re dispatch it to me one more time.

This week, i was expecting my PAN card from NSDL. In the intimation they said it was couriered it on 31 march. today is 7th April. But till now i have not received my PAN card. When i contacted the Chennai customer service, they ask me contact me the Adyar branch. I did contact them, no one is picking up the phone. I again contacted the chennai customer service. this time they say, the people must be out in the field and that is the reason no one is picking up the phone.

i fail to understand how these people getting contracts from big companies like ICICI and NSDL.

my name is jitender singh. date of birth 08/11/1978 .I applied for a new pan card and alotted by nsdl my pan no. is CFJPS6933L . According to the courrier the pan has been delivered to me at my address of communication that is H. N . 146 VILLAGE LAMPUR NARELA DELHI 110040, on dated 25/03/2009.but i m very strange to whome they give it . Because till now nor I nither my family member recieved the same .I trying to contact the company office but no one attending the call. Please help me what shuld i do?

there is no proecudure in the companies internal working, which delivery boy is assigend, and whom is he supposed to contact, whom did he actually contact, why and when did he call on the number of consignee, Please remove the ISO certfication of this company, i guess it is bogus, such sluggish response . It's because they are not accountable to us, but to the HDFC bank and bank does'nt care

I have applied two pan card for 2 people (my uncle and grand father), but I did not receive it. Hence I had made an enquiry with nsdl Mumbai.

Nsdl has informed that they have already dispatched the pan cards on 31-jan-2009 by expressit logistics worldwide ltd, vide their airway bill no. [protected] and [protected]. As I checked their website I really shocked ... Express it online tracking status says “delivered”, with the mobile nos of the concern person.


But they are saying that they haven’t received the pan card yet.

Only thing I understood nobody from expressit never come to their place (express it people playing)
With out visit the consignee address expressit people just update the fake details in their online checking site.
NSDL will ask anything about it?

{Both people (Prem and Krishan Kumar) are working with Delhi Jal Board as drain sweeper and illiterate that’s why I am making complaints on behalf of them}

Please look into the matter and arrange to deliver pan cards to the concern person ASAP.


But so far I never face any problem with Indian postal services
