I have had amounts debited from my credit card without authorizing the transactions. This has occurred twice on the 5th april and 6th march. These charges appeared after i paid postage on an item promoted as "free cute cup" in feb. Please refund the amount and delete my details to ensure this does not happen again. My friend bought a sunglass here on february 2020 but still no delivery yet until now.She used my cc to pay and after 3months of waiting for the item they still charging of more than 10$ for 3 consecutive months. Now my problem is how to prevent my cc to their control ??

On the 17th Feb 2020 I purchased a phone case for $7.85 from Fast Deals Today that not only has never arrived but they have taken out 2 x payments of $25.31 over two months without my authority. In these hard times I need everything that I have you have taken food out of my children’s mouths! I would like to be refunded of $50.62 ( the 2 payments taken out) plus the $7.85 for the goods that never got delivered. I have had to cancel my card in then have to wait for a new one to be able to get anything! My bank will be disputing these payments.

I found a withdrawal from my bank from you and I have not ordered anything from you, it was 14.95. Now I wonder how many times you have stolen money from me. I can't afford it, my only income comes from social security and I am raising my grandchildren. I'm calling my bank and having them stop paying you. Stay out of my account

This past 4 weeks I’ve had lots of $24.99 or $26.99 taken at different times. So far I’m at just on $100 taken & I WANT answers!! Currently thinking of going to the police as I can’t seem to get help from anywhere regarding these “ ghost transactions “

I was charged $14.95 on my credit card that was not authorized by me and would like to reverse the payment.

I was checking my bank account and saw credit card charges and 'non-sterling transaction fees' from the months of february, march and april 2020. These charges began after i ordered from compfy cup for menstrual cups on 8th february 2020 for $7.68 and never received the item. I have, however, been charged every month after that from the same company for different amounts.

08/02/2020 2 transactions of £ 3.84 with 2 non-sterling transaction fees of $0.11 on the 10/02/20. These payments were for the product i bought but i have never recieved it.

09/03/20 transaction of £11.47 with a non-sterling transaction fee of 0.34 on the 10/03/20. Another transation on the 10/03/20 of £11.61 with a non-sterling transaction of £0.35 on 11/03/20.

08/04/20 of £12.17 with a nonsterling transaction fee of £0.36 on 09/04/20. And another transaction of £12.10 on 09/04/20 with a non-sterling transaction fee of £0.36 on 10/04/20.

Frankly, i am pissed. I do not care about receiving the cup but i would like to stop being charged for nothing and expect my money to be refunded! I have contacted my bank and have disputed these payments. This is illegal. Please send me all my money back immediately

I bought a Compfy Cup in February at € 4.60, order no 79011. It was the only purchase that I've ever made.

Nevertheless, It has been occuring abusive and unauthorised extra charges in my CC Visa ended 4531 (see attached):

- €13.39 in March

- €13.71 today (April).

It is a fraud and I want a full refund immediatly, please.

I have been charged £12.04 by FastDealToday but I havent bought anything! I want my money back, how did you even get my card details?

On the 06/03/2020 there was $23.42 taken from my card with no explanation nor any email explaining why. I hadn't ordered anything online at that time. I have checked my account and on the 06/04/2020 my card was again charged a total of $25.90 without my consent or knowledge.
I have contacted my bank and have disputed these transactions and have cancelled my credit card

I do not want you taking money from my account ever again. I did not order anything from you and i did not authorize you to take 14.95 from my bank account. You need to put my 30.00 back in my account because this is the second month in a row that you have taken money from a single mother. Oh by the way i’m also a healthcare worker risking my life daily to care for patients with covid 19. You need to refund my money or i will hire an attorney to get to the bottom of this.

You have also take $14.95 from my account as you have many others & i want it refunded asap. You did not have my permission to take from poor people just so you can rip them off. And that is what you are doing to many people for no reason. I will also go the the police & banks & facebook or to whom ever i need to so people will know you are doing this. So if i don’t see a refund to my card or to by a certified money order or check within 7 to 10 business days i will do as i said i would. Also you have take food out of my grandchildren’s mouth!! Hope your proud or happy by ripping people off!

On april 11, 2020 i received a charge from fast deals today of $14.95. I purchased nothing from this company and i would like to receive a refund of $14.95. I have no clue why i was charged this amount but please refund my account and take my debit card number out of your system so i am not charged any more amount of money from this company. Please get back to me as soon as you can and please refund my account or we will have to figure this out some other way. Thank you for the compliance. Stay safe

I had $14.95 taken from my account 2 days ago for I don’t know what. I would like to get that money put back into my account and I would like for you guys to erase my debit card from your company if not this will get more involved. Thank you

Two charges of $25 each have been illegally deducted from my credit card in march and April

You Charged me $25.13 from my account number from this company and I never bought anything from here I don’t even know what is this page, I want my money back immediately or I will take legal against your company, this is a robbery.

This is the second month I’ve had $14.95 taken out of my bank and I have no ideas why or for what!! I didn’t order anything but I was scammed last month and am reporting this to the BBB and fraud department at my bank!! They will be doing the research so that I can file charges!!
