    Hy. I noticed that fast deal today took 14. 95$ as subscription in 08.03.2020 and 07.04.2020 and i didn't make any subscription or bought anything from site. I did not know about them or authorised these payments
    I bought an item for 4.94$ in 07.02.2020 that was paid with the same debit card and never delivered. How do i stop this subscription and get my money back?

      On the 09/03/2020 there was $23.37 taken from my card with no explanation. I hadn't ordered anything online at that time at all, where again, i have checked my account and on the 08/04/2020 my card was again charged a total of $25.69 without my consent and with me having purchased nothing at that time.
      I would very much like to receive my money back.

        I was charged this and i would like a refund. I did not purchase anything from this company.
        I have attached the debit made on my account.
        This is not me and i would like a refund. I have contacted my bank for an investigation..
        I will require a cheque to be sent or i can provide account details for the refund as i had to cancel this card because of your unauthorised charge on my account.

            I ordered a product on 03/03/20 which was $4.95 - I was charged $14.95 (which is $24.76 AUD). I never received the product and then this month on 03/04/20 the same amount was taken out again. I never gave permission for extra money to be taken out. Stop immediately and refund my money!

                There is a monthly amount deducted from my account for the past few months. I do not know what it is for since i never bought anything or received anything from your company. The reference on my account shows: fastdealtoday[protected]. I would like my money refunded as soon as possible since my account is way overdrawn because of this. And please cancel this deductions immediately.

                I bought a phone case off of fast deals today months ago and since then have been charged multiple payments from my credit card which I did not authorise. I was initially charged $14.95 dollars and have since then been charged $22.61 and $24.81

                    It seems to me that this company is not being held accountable. There are almost 155 complaints and only two are resolved. Most other complaints are exactly like mine. How come you need more information..?

                    I would like this resolved and want my money back.

                    I made a purchase for a comfy cup on February 6 for $4.95 USD. Subsequently I was charged for $14.95 USD on March 7, 2020, and I have not purchased anything or authorized any withdrawal from my account.

                    Please revert me the wrong payment that has been deducted from account on March 7, 2020 and do not charge any further payments to my account.

                        I bought a iphone charger cable for £1.53 on or around the 2nd january 2020. I did not get any confirmation email with terms and conditions and only agreed to one payment. The reference number on that payment is[protected].
                        Since then you have taken 3 further payment which i have not authorised
                        3/2/2020 £11.74
                        9/3/2020 £11.89
                        And 6/4/2020 £12.59 payment pending.

                        I would like you to cease and desist from taking any more money from my account and refund the above three payments also remove my details from your site and payment centre. I would like a confirmation email sent to [protected]@hotmail.co. Uk and any account deleted.

                              I keep having money taken from my account WITHOUT my permission. I ordered a product from a recommend website a few months ago, was charged the right price, and then had an unauthorised payment of around $8 taken out, and then again today with $25!! I never even received my product.

                                  Brought a few things on online and then suddenly got charged $24.59 for NOTHING, so give back the money!

                                    I purchased a product from comfy cup from this site on january 20th order number 11149 us$ 4.95 and after i received my purchase they have taken 2 more transactions that i did not authorise on 2occasssions 29th feb of aus 23.94 and aus $ 25.51 on 29th march. I have not purchased anything else! Give me my money back please. And stop taking money for nothing i am a student i don't have any more money in that account and i am being charged dishonour fees! Stop it now.

                                      I purchased a privacy screen protector from peep protecter, they charged my card for it and after i received my package (After months and it was already scratched) my account was charged $14.95 for what? I have no idea. I want a refund and i can’t get in touch with anyone with the only number i was able to find. I am extremely upset about this. Especially the way the economy is at the moment. I haven’t been able to work due to the corona virus epidemic and nobody had permission to take out any money out of my account, i’m not sure how long this complaint has to be for this to get any attention, that’s absolutely ridiculous by the way that i have to spend my time complaining about a theft that i had no part in, you could email me for a phone number and ill glady talk to whomever it may concern, but my money will be put back on my card like i said this is an act of theft, by no means did fast deals today (Which was associated to me with peep protector) have permission to charge my card for any amount of money, nor did i order anything else to be charged for. I hope to hear back from you soon because i assure you that this will not be last time i attempt to contact your scamming facility! Thank you from an angry “customer” (For lack of better words because by no means will i ever purchase anything else from this trash excuse of a company!!
