My name in anna luise fabbri. I ordered a comfy cup on the 2 of february 2020 and i was charged 4.95$ (Free shipping) for it by fast deal today. I authorized that payment but no others. Nowhere in the e-mails you sent me there was written that you would charge me for something else yet my card was charged by you with 13.59 € on the 3 of march 2020. I didn´t buy anything else from you, i haven´t authorized any payment to you. If you somehow got me to inadvertently agree to a subscription, i want it canceled. I demand a refund and that this never happens again.

    I subscribed to Netflix for US$9.99 (Approx. MGA 37, 030) on a promotional plan on February 19, 2020. Upon checking my bank account debits, I found out that Fast Deals Today debited me US$14.99 (Approx. MGA 55, 420) on the same day. I had no knowledge that this amount would be charged to my account and I find it unacceptable. I would like a refund for the US$14.99 that has been taken without my knowledge or permission from my account. I will be expecting a response imminently with a refund and explain as to why I was charged.

        I ordered both a meta case and a peep protector, neither have arrived (After over a month) i'm also getting random charges to my checking account. I want a refund for all the charges being made, and for them to stop. If these charges don't stop i will be forced to contact my bank and resolve this. So, please refund the two $14.95 charges made to my account.

        Recurring charge has been made to my account which I have not agreed to. I demand an immediate refund for the amount paid. I feel that this company is a fraud that should not be in business.
        On January 23 14.95 was taken out of my bank and also on February 21 I did not order anything and I did not authorise for them to take out any money. This is considered fraud and you can be prosecuted for this crime. You have no right to do this. I will except this money be put back ASAP. Thank you

          I’ve been charged one purchase of 2.95$ and one of 14.95$ but i’ve never even heard of this site, let alone bought anything from it. I don’t know what it sells, and i never authorised these purchases. One was from february, the smaller one, and the larger one was from a few days ago, which made me realise there were more payments unauthorised. I want my money back in my account, since i never bought these or authorised them.

            I have had this company withdrawal the same amount twice on one bank card and when after receiving a new card had the same charge be withdrawn again. I have now had to go to the bank and fully change all my account numbers and not just my debit card! Absolutely confused as to how they keep doing this, feel as if they must have hacked a company and stole peoples banking information, not sure as to what company or how many people were actually affected by this.

            I just received notification that US$ 14, 95 have been taken away from my bank account. Although I’ve never made a purchase or money transfer. Even first time hearing of this company! I’d like to get my money back ASAP and have an explanation about this unexceptional situation!!

              I keep getting a 15 dollar charge on my account and i have no idea what this place is i want my money back i've never heard of this place its so frustrating when i have no idea what this place is or does it's really crazy i have tried over and over again to find the website to see how i can get this to stop but to no avail i don't know what else to do

                I have been charged by this company about six times over the past couple months. I don’t know what it is, i’ve never heard of it until these charges started happening i’ve never ever made a purchase through them or any third-party seller. I made a complaint through my bank twice and they were supposed to stop the charge but for some reason it still kept coming through. The company will not answer my attempts for contact. My only solution now is to close this bank account which is a huge hassle. How companies get away with this i have no idea i did not authorize any of these charges

                  A website that no longer exists in charging my card for about $15. You don't have my card information and i need a refund from every time you've charged me. I never bought anything from you. I've been charged 3 times by this website for $14.95. I'd like a full refund from every single charge. At this point you've taken $44.85 from me without my authorization and haven't given me anything in return.

                    I want my money back, because i didn’t even make an order on your site, how did you get my card information? I want my refund as soon as possible!!! If i were aware of buying something off your site, there would be no problems, but as i see, and remember, i did not buy anything off your site and i want my money back as i said before, i’m waiting for my bloody money!!!

                      I only bought one thing over a month ago never got it an now they have the nerve to charge me again for i don’t know what else!!! I want my damn money back! I find it ridiculous that they just do that without asking customers about anything. I want a supervisor to fix my issue an removerse me my money back as soon as possible. The same way they took it out so fast the same way they can give it back!

                        There was an unauthorized withdrawal from my bank account of 144.86 nok. I have not ordered anything and i want my money back. This is very rude that you take money from people without asking!! Unacceptable!

                          I am being charged for something i haven't recieved, the charge is 14.95 i didn't order anything. My account was charged on today...[protected]. I haven't ordered anything from you all, and i want my money back, as soon as possible. I have no idea how u got my bank account information. But this is bad business and i dont appreciate being taken advantage of. This is not a way to do business taking consumers money!!!

                              While checking my checking account today i found a unauthorized charge of $14.95 to my account. I haven’t ordered anything. I’m still waiting on the order i was already charged for from january. Someone needs to put my money back!
                              I will be going to my bank about this also.
                              After reading all the complaints filed you would think this would stop. How dare you still have my account information on record to use when i haven’t done any recent orders with you. This is the very reason people don’t like online shopping. I will not order anything from this site again.

                                  I bought an item in february which charged me a total of £7.58, something that i was fully aware of and happy with. Then on the 26th of feb, i was charged an additional £11.58 which is completely unauthorised. I had no knowledge that this amount would be charged to my account and i find it wholly unacceptable. I would like a refund for the £11.58 that has been taken without my knowledge or permission from my account. I will be expecting a response imminently with a refund and explain as to why i was charged.

                                    On the 24th of february 2020 a charge of $22.71 was made to my bank account by fast deals today without my authorisation as i had not made any purchases with this company, i have been unable to contact the company in any way to try and resolve this. An acceptable resolution to this issue would be a refund of the full amount of $22.71 from fast deals today.

                                      This is the email I sent and didnt receive any reply for 48 hours:

                                      Hello Edward,

                                      please find attached two pictures showing how my credit card was charged by your company on January 25th for 2 meta cases for I PHone and on February 24th for I don't know what.

                                      On January 25th you charged me 4.95 USD for each meta case which I have ordered from you.

                                      On February 24th you charged me 14.95 USD two times which is in total 29.9 USD for I don't know what as I was absolutely not aware of any of your membership programs (which you mention in your email) at the moment of purchasing 2 meta cases for I Phone, nor was I interested in any membership programs. I simply wanted to buy two meta cases for 4.95 USD each and that was all I intended to do with your company.

                                      As you can see, instead of spending 9.9 USD for two meta cases I am charged 3 times more which is absolutely unacceptable.

                                      At this moment I will not ask you to return total of 9.9 USD plus 29.9 USD for which you charged me for, but only 29.9 USD to my account immediately as I feel absolutely cheated by your company for debiting my account without my authorization for whatever reason.

                                      I really hope that you will react immediately and return my money to my account.
