Fastag — airtel payments bank | |
Vehicle number gj14e5809 Mobile number [protected] I ordered fastag on 3rd january and made the full payment of fastag keeping in mind that i am associated with airtel family. I was told it will be delivered with in 10 days despite requesting time to expedite and make it before 20 dec 2019 but it has not been delivered by today despite max request time was 10 days. Seeing the discomfort i asked for my reimbursement they have given me some answers which were not acceptable since if you committing anything it should be taken care of. From couple of months i have seen/noticed that airtel services are pathetic. They are investing in each area but not able to maintain it. What least i want is cancel my fastag and return all my money, i will purchase from any bank which they will give me in a day or so, rather like airtel switching statement 10 days to 14 days, if not delivered they can extend as per their flexibility Only request to refund all my money keep fastag with you. I have been debited wrongly with Rs. 70/- on 23rd Jan 2020 from my fastag account Transaction Id: [protected], Dt: 23-Jan-2020. How can the amount be debited from my fastag amount without vehicle movement at all. How did it get scanned. I want the amount to be refunded along with the justification for the wrong debit.
