Me borrow loan from anand property finance limited 3000 dues date 09.10.2018, but i repaid via axis bank neft on 05.10.2018 but anand property finance limited told me still not received your money and now overdue penalty rs.1020.00 also applied now my due rs.4062.00 but i repaid before 4 days

I used my atm card to withdraw sum of 4000 in federal bank atm opposite ksrtc attingal, atm says invalid transaction but cash got deducted from my account, its important amount of money i need a refund or i am moving with the law .it was at midnight and i was not having cash with me . This is a serious issue, i need to solve this asap
