Ferns N Petals — Not delivery of the order

TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN! I would like to draw the kind attention to the concerned authority regarding the lack of response message regarding my order status from F N P. I ordered for one of my Leather Accessories for one of my Friend's Birthday gift in Jaipur, dated 21st July and since then I kept on calling to FNP customer care but it never took on a right path that whether my delivery has arrived or not. And, when again i called up (dated 13th Aug, 2014) to the Customer Care no. I got to know that my order returned back, which they didn't even inform me about the same via any call, sms or mails. I paid for it and I have all my rights to know about my order. Thus, am looking at an immediate response from your end. P.S - Kindly note that am attaching the mails which I exchanged with them as a proof.
