Firstcry.com — cancelling order after payment | |
Disappointed with your services continuously. Today at 11:38 am i placed the order as a guest user and online payment and all done rom my side. After payment done you guys simply cancel my order. After i called customer care[protected] and one of your callback officer picked my call. I have received answer from your callback officer is totally unprofessional. She saying i'm using multiple accounts now i placed order as a guest user, where i create an account? She not able to answer any question. I spoke with your callback officer newly 25 mins but totally useless. I asked for transfer my call to manager/superior but for that also she's ignores. Highly zero professionalism. Is this a business ethics for your guys following. Zero customer satisfaction. And also that callback officer says you can't purchase anything from firstcry, then why you guys sending msg and mails?
