I had a family function approach ing . Nd had bought 3 piece jumpsuit for my 2 yr old . Guys just check this jumpsuit...branded company Carter's is selling bad quality products. This first cry team says it's premium product..n the print on t-shirt blots only on a drop of water . I wrote to them asking that the ink that has blot on my sons jumpsuit has made the jumpsuit useless and I need a new jumpsuit ... not the expensive one but just a replacement making my set worth a money spent .I have directly got rejection on the said case stating follow our returns policy .
But they don't understand that this was not defective when I received . It turned defective after my son wore it .while drinking some water few drops fell on his jumpsuit n the ink on clothes started blotting.How can I pre pone any function just for this companys returns policy.
I have not asked thousands of rs . I asked a replacement for the ruined jumpsuit that can complete my pair and I can get value for the 1100 that I spent on this Carter's product

I ordered a set of 3 vests from Doreme brand and one of the vests was badly stained over sleeves and some other parts too.
I tried raising a return request but saw that the product is non returnable! I could very well guess the reason why the product was non returnable as they knew what they are shipping over! A stained item which any customer would like to return.
I tried contacting first cry team and even sent images of the stained item, but was highly disappointed when all they kept saying was that they are not able to see the stains and I should mail the pics again.
As already said the stains we're oil stains and so we're not very apparent in images maybe, but yet they were very much visible in the pics too.
Just to have a narrow escape out of the situation the first cry team kept replying back on same lines and getting me highly frustrated. I have been a regular customer with first cry but now have stopped shopping with them completely! And in fact I would like to make people aware of their unethical practices and how people should not fall prey to them and lose their money !
There are many other sites that doesn't believe in looting the customers money by such fradulent tricks. Pls beware guys! And shop from other sites but never first cry!
