Firstcry.com — cheating customers by giving false promises on delivery date

I ordered a product on 16apr 18 and was promised to deliver by 17 apr 18. But have not received the product even till 19apr 18. When checked with customer care they never respond with proper reason or willing to provide any compensation. I feel cheated and willing to file a case against first cry. Às I don't find cancel option in the website. I tried calling customer care which is not reachable . Before you deliver the item try to cancel the shipped product.
