I have ordered a babyhug crib and bed on the 8th of Nov and the expected date of delivery was 13th Nov, but today being 28th Nov I have not recieved the products yet, I have raised more than 5 complaints online in their customer care as well as spoken to the customer care executives they have not resolved it soo far, everyone says well look into the issue and get back u, but no solution soo far . Firstcry has the worst customer care service as well as logistics team. Never experienced such a bad experience in any online shopping forum
