Firstcry.com — I'm complaining about not getting my order | |
I have ordered 4 items on 18th of sep. On first cry.com they show estimated delivery on 26 sep. The items is not delivered to my given address after tracking by awb no. On india speed post items is delivered to mumbai. My delivery address is camp no.3 kotma colliery bhalumada pin code-484336. I made online payment of rs.1501 via upi pls fix my problem. I m not get my product from your coriour service. But always get the msg that they will come but they don't. I m very dissatisfied . My order[protected] no. If this types of problem continue in future then we are also not interested to buy the product from your website. I m also try to call them but they don't pick up my call ... ...

I have ordered my baby shirts 3 pieces almost one month ago i.e 9th of SEP 18
Already I have compliant the above issue to our call centre no one responded properly..
I'm suffered ur bad service..
Pl do resolve the issue ASAP..
