Firstcry.com — Not Delivering the Product after repeated complaints to customer care

I have placed an order on First Cry and it was supposed to be delivered on 19th July. Even after repeated calls to the consumer center, a solution is not received. And the biggest culprit in this is Xpress Bees Courier Service, who is not delivering my product. The distance from Source location and destination is hardly 30 minutes to 1 hour maximum and even after 6 whole days they are not delivering the product. Even both the customer care of Xpressbees and Firstcry is not providing any solution too. They both are simply harassing me.

The Product reached the delivery destination after 2 weeks and the xpress bees are not again delivering the product. Called the delivery guy multiple times and still not proving any answer
