Regarding wrong product delivered

1 product out of 5 has not received and its marked as delivered

I have placed an order of 5 items out of which 4 have been delivered. But within the website it shows that all 5 of them have got delivered.
I have raised a complaint twice and both have been rejected.

Two rejected request numbers: 48206207 and 48076452.

Issue was rejected by an explanation that product has been dispatched from warehouse!

I have ordered baby walker in firstcry due to some size issue I had requested for return on 17 th of May 2022 till now product was not picked up, so many times raised complaint to customer care but issue was not resolved, all the time the courier executive updating fake reason stating the customer requested for future pick up but the truth is I never requested for future pick up.
I want my money back...

Replacement issue

This is a complaint regarding order no 12022636SAR0A3C010 of Babyhug Black Hawk Tricycle with Parental Push Handle & Storage Basket.

A damaged product was received. I ordered the doorstep assembly service also to assemble the cycle.

The product was packed and was not opened. The assembly service guy came and checked the cycle, he also reported that the product was damaged. Please see attached images of the faulty...

Not refunding the amount even after returning the product

I have self returned the product and product reached the destination and i have provided the Proof of delivery . They are saying ware house team is still searching for the product from the past 3 months . Every time i am getting the same reply that we are looking in to the issue . Diaper delivery Regarding delivery of product

They have certain products which are of same day delivery . I have ordered product (Pampers diaper ) on 22.05.2022. first on 22.05.2022 I have received call at around 8.57 pm from spammers (mesho)that the product was refused to be delivered. Return and refund of product Bella mama maternity jeggings green

Ordered a product in March, unable to deliver correctly till May

I’ve had enough of waiting for this item since I first placed my order in March

1. I received the item with missing parts
2. I placed a return request the same day
3. The return request was canceled without any reason

It has been really disappointing such kind of incident from firstcry online. I was ordered some item few days back and suppose to delivered by 24th April but I received all items except one baby high chair which paid 3500 rupees and when I check the courier tracking it’s has been reached near to my place more than 3 days now and it’s showing customer not available at delivery or customer not reachable they are updating like this fake...

I tried to order 2 items on April 8th 2022. My cash got debited but order was in cancelled state. I retried 2 times and my cash got debited 2 more times.
