      There was coupon gifted to us, i tried to redeem those coupon through online shopping and also through store, however it shows coupon is invalid.
      coupon was amounting 1500, neither customercare nor store people able to redeem those coupon

          I have ordered a pampers diaper through Firstcry.com in 15th July'2022 and they supposed to deliver by next day 16th July'2022 and I paid already.
          But they have not delivered till 18th July EOB and they have not communicated with proper justification of delaying yet. Day by day the delivery date is increasing to next date in the portal. Disgusting service I ever come across.

            I have ordered 4 products from FirstCry.com out of which 2 were delivered, which I received the message 2 products delivery has been done. Other 2 products was saying out for deliver. Then after 6 hrs again I got the message your other 2 products are also delivered Order No. 13145428GIT01427C6 with Shipment AWB Number:[protected] via Xpressbees.
            But didn't received those products.
            Even I tried reaching the delivery agent, he said you were not available we will deliver it tomorrow.
            After which my calls were not answered.

              I placed the order for 3 in one high chair from firstcry on 26th june 2022. It was marked as delivered on july 1st but we did not received the order till now.tried registering complaints many times but did not get any proper reply. Neither from xpressbees nor from firstcry. I got the contact number of the firstcry executive, but after sharing the awb number he is not picking up my calls. Sharing the screenshots of the same. First cry is not giving any reasons or solution to this issue so far.Please help to resolve the issue.

                I have ordered two Babyhug two handle straw sipper bottle for my baby

                But unfortunately both are have leak from the cap even in full closed position and i think it's the defect on the design. I have initiated a replacement for both. But since it's a design fault and two bottles are having same fault i don't need this product anymore. There is no use in replacement.So i humbly request you to refund the amount of both.

                  I am a regular customer of first cry. I have ordered some cosmetics for the app with cash on delivery payment mode. My order no is 18581209SVE3B3F951. My 8 products are delivered in 4 different packages and in the last package, which supposed to contain 5 items have only 4. 1 of them was missing. In the bill i recieved it shows 5 items.

                    We are in continuous follow up with first cry team that our ordered item is not delivered, whereas your delivery person intentionally updated in their portal that the order item is delivered.

                    Till date no action has been initiated since Saturday i e on 02 July 2022.

                    Order details: Baby boy cycle with installation services

                    We have paid the amount of Rs 5411.49

                    Order I'd is: Confirmation mail for your FirstCry order no 6444893ZFJ17EA441

                    Please note the delivery boy contact no [protected], who is having my ordered item and don't want to deliver to the customer since Saturday.
                    Where as he updated in your system that the item is delivered.

                    Such a wrong business strategy service being adopted by first cry for creating panic situation for customer.

                    Kindly take up with first cry to return our money.

                      As i ordered two diapers one is pamper L and other is huggies xl on 21 june, but on 22 june i received only one packet i.e pamper L and other one is missing from the packet. The packet is completely sealed by the company.
                      Tracking id is also same for both my diapers .
                      And it shows delivered on my email id but actually it is not.

                        I order a baby cloth from First Cry.com. They are giving discounts on products (which is the MRP). After that, while payment, they add extra GST (on a discounted price), and the total adds up to almost the MRP.

                        As GST is already included in MRP, how can one just charge it again just by giving discounts? I hope action will be taken towards this case.

                          Dear Respected Sir /Madam,

                          This is to bring to your notice that we have purchased a infant shoe on Sat 18th Jun 2022, while buying we have asked very clearly that if incase baby shoe size was mismatched will you be able to refund/replace with right product . They Agreed if we bring it back within 3 days they will refund/replace, also advised to bring back the bill/Receipt.

                          Today I went to shop to replace, they refused to replace the product, in addition the argument went wrong . he was using all very HARD words on the customer and asking me to go out of store.

                          He was asking some OTP and i didnt get any, hence he/they said we cant replace please get out of store . once you get the OTP THEN COME TO STORE.

                          Sir, Please advise is this acceptable behavior?

                          We want justice and refund. we want to bring this subject to fristcry top management and area/State Sales Vice President .

                          because of this man behaviour Company reputation is going bad.

                          I couldn't able to put those hard words in english .

                              I have placed an order of 5 items out of which 4 have been delivered. But within the website it shows that all 5 of them have got delivered.
                              I have raised a complaint twice and both have been rejected.

                              Order ID: 7525372BJIDF92A4C

                              Two rejected request numbers: 48206207 and 48076452.

                              Issue was rejected by an explanation that product has been dispatched from warehouse!

                              Out of 5 the one which is not delivered is the most expensive one.

                              I need refund of Rs 1028 or the product itself!

                              Congratulations firstcry for losing on one of your customer and few other as well with whom i have shared my experience.

                                I have ordered baby walker in firstcry due to some size issue I had requested for return on 17 th of May 2022 till now product was not picked up, so many times raised complaint to customer care but issue was not resolved, all the time the courier executive updating fake reason stating the customer requested for future pick up but the truth is I never requested for future pick up.

                                  This is a complaint regarding order no 12022636SAR0A3C010 of Babyhug Black Hawk Tricycle with Parental Push Handle & Storage Basket.

                                  A damaged product was received. I ordered the doorstep assembly service also to assemble the cycle.

                                  The product was packed and was not opened. The assembly service guy came and checked the cycle, he also reported that the product was damaged. Please see attached images of the faulty product:

                                  I requested the replacement of the product and attached the image of the damaged product. Then Babyhug just rejected my replacement without giving any reason.

                                  On contacting Firstcry support for the replacement and asking for the replacement, they confirmed that they will initiate a replacement for the faulty product. However, this replacement was never delivered to me and no one came to pick up the item as well.

                                  After calling multiple times to Firstcry support and they promising me resolution by a fixed date which they kept on extending.

                                  After following up on numerous complaints I called them and asked to pick up the product and return my money, they promised me a pickup and accepted the request, however as usual no one came to pick up the item. After waiting for a week for the pickup, I called Firstcry support again, now they said that the pickup is not available to my address and I have to courier the product to their address. This is ridiculous service of the Firstcry.

                                  I ordered the product on 23 May 2022 and received the damaged product on 27 MAY, 2022

                                  It has been 21 days since waiting. It is highly disappointing that Firstcry is doing this to a customer. They even bother with the customer's problem and never call back for assistance. Every time I have to call them.

                                  I want my money back.

                                    I had booked 6 baby products on 4th June, 2022 through www.firstcry.com website with Order No: 987520UFP0F0A724 using my Citibank credit card number ending with 6210. 3 baby products were delivered on 5th June, 2022 whereas, the other 3 baby products has not been delivered. The delivery guy had checked-in to my apartment with my approval for the delivery of the product on 7th June, 2022 but the product has not been delivered and the delivery guy has updated the status that the product has been delivered to me. Upon receiving the delivery message, I called the delivery guy on his number: [protected] and told him that the product has not been delivered but received a message that the product was delivered. The delivery guy is claiming that, I was not at home so kept the parcel next to the door. The delivery guy didn't came to my place and he didn't even try to call me for delivery. More over, I was at my home and gave the approval at my apartment gate for the entry of the delivery boy for the delivery of the product. Kindly, resolve the issue as early as possible and help me in getting my refund asap and request you to take a strict action against the delivery boy.

                                      My baby is 5months old she is not comfortable while seating in a forward facing seat as she cant sit this early on that and its convertible option is not secure for baby.
