Hi i ordered a stroller pram on 12 dec 2017 which i recived in 2 days and as i didnt like the quality i reuested a return. My requested was submitted and i was told pick up will be done within 10 days its been a month nobody has come to pick up and my money has not been refunded i have called customer care so many times everyone says pick up will be done on priority and it has not been done its been one month. It worst nobody calls back. And also they have picked up dress which i wanted to return for which they have not refunded my money.
