I have purchased product from firstcry. Due to size issue I have returned product on 21 st August.. Though return pick up is done still status is not updated.. I have raised complaint on 23rd aug.. I have confirmed with ecom express that product has been collected and sent back.. Till now my refund is not issued.. No information about return successful... All the time customer support says they working with concern team. Very irresponsible.. Was this information helpful? | |||||
