Firstcry.com — unusable item delivered yet refund not completed | |||
This is in reference with on going talks. I had ordered Toy house sporty rechargeable battery ride on car which was delivered on 27 Aug 2018. On 29 Aug 2018, Mr. Kiran came for assembly of the car. When he opened parcel, he found that power wheel has not been sent which makes car unusable. He had informed same to you. Next day I contacted customer care. He informed that item will not be picked up for return by them but should be returned by me. I had to spend Rs 800 to make parcel accepted by India post. I sent back the item on 01 sep 18. I was constantly tracking the consignment and talking to customer care. Item was delivered on 24 Sep and customer care staff informed that refund is processed. Since I did not get refund, again I called up customer care. He informed that item is not yet delivered till 10 Oct 18. When I spoke to Mr Yogesh at head office, he informed that item is delivered and he processed refund. It seems that staff at customer care have failed to execute proper reply. You may reopen the conversation and verify that there is a delay on your part for refund. This has caused lot of harassment and inconvenience since two months. You may get back to me with feed back.
