Order no 6723680RW04113639 Order date 30-12-18 I ordered a pink avent soother/pacifier but I received a blue one. I mailed them regarding the error. After 4 days they realized they don't have a replacement policy so they on their own returned my item and credited Inr 180 in my first cry account. At the time of ordering the same item was available at INR 295 due to a one time coupon which I applied the selling price was reduced. I also gave them alternative that you credit the same amount as the price on their website or send me the pink one which I ordered but they refused . I have been mailing them for the past 4 days but I didn't get any satisfactory response. They even don't have escalation matrix. I have ordered a product on 30th Dec 2018 and till date the product is not delivered. When i called customer care they not replying properly very bad response. They are now asking me to cancel the order. For which i will be charged cancellation fee. Very bad service.
