Firstcry — Firstcry.com is a big fraud and cheating people with discounts and duplicate products (diapers)

Pampers pant style diapers light and dry large - 48 pieces large qty: 2 is ordered on 12th june, 2016 and received duplicate diapers.
When i called to the customer care and they are asking to call pampers manufacturers for this issue. This happened repeatedly second time and they are not responsible for this defect products itseems.

We do apologize for the same. Also as this issue is related to manufacturing defect we request you to please get in touch with the pampers customer care team and they may help you with your query. Please find below details for the same.


I am very disappointed and they are not responsible for this. Please some one help us on the same. I need them to take back the duplicate product.


Please carefull dont buy anything from firstcry. It is not like before. They are selling defect and duplicate products by happily giving more discounts
