I would like to draw your attention to the incident wherein i ordered for diapers and wet tissues for my 7 month old child. The company confirmed me via a mail in my registered mail id and i waited for the delivery. I ordered on 31st july and i never received the order. Today is 9th of august and i am yet to receive the order. No assurance is provided by the customer care dept, and post innumerable calls, no solution is provided.

I had ordered some kids products and paid it online but never got the products, they kept telling it's delivered and asked to contact courier department and n number of calls, no use.

I'm completely dissatisfied with first cry. Never order anything.

    Dear concern,
    Please help in getting my money back of which is ignored to give back by the care team members instead of calling several times, saying that a cash back coupon is used only once but here i want to ask till what extent it is right i cant reuse the coupon even i get a faulty n very cheap quality product delivered.
    the used cash back coupon is of amount 500/- which i recieved on a purchase of above 1000/-.
    i have contacted many times the care people but no satisfactory response i get & also requested for call back but not call back from a particular executive. here i feel i have been cheated like something by firstcry people the product which got delivered is of no use .

    so request to help in this matter below is my order no. & product detail which i want to return & get the cash back to reuse it for a next purchase as its of very cheap quality n faulty product.
    here it also may be that firstcry delivers the bad condition products in under offer to the customers.
    & If this is not solved soon they should also pay for my mental stress n call charges taken for this.

    also find the attachment of the mail reply i received as proof the reply given to my mail in the attachment in a word format as personal details to hide

      I purchased 1 Mee Mee Breast pump of Rs. 3300 in month of Feb 2016 & I received it in the month of March 2016. but I found that the motor is damaged. so after 4 days on 12th March 2016 I made a return request. I called them & emailed them so many times but they only say we will look into this matter. sometimes they say Mee Mee company will call you & will replace this product. till date I am waiting that they will collect this defective piece & will return my money back.

      Firstcry is doing very pratices. It has rejected my return for the order no. 3376960PMW3507521 saying I have to upload images nd then only return will be accepted. I do not have the camera so that I can click the images and upload. Pls help

        I have ordered baby bag on 4th july 2016. estimated to deliver product on or before 11th july 2016. but they started to transportation process on 11th july 2016, product was in delhi. after that there was no update for 2 days. on13 july still it was in delhi airport. so i called firstcry customer care asked for status. i told them to cancel order if they can't delivery product. they told need 72 hours to respond to my request whether they can cancel order or not. i called on 14th july 2016 products status shows it was transported to bangalore. again i called customer care asked for update. they told processing for cancellation but it will take 72 hours and to refund again 72 hours it will take, i asked why. they told we need to transport product back to vendor then only they can refund money.
        Why i should wait to get my money back. they delayed it's thier mistake. why customer has to suffer. to get my money i don't know how many 72 hours i need to wait. i have purchased product on so many websites like flipkart and amazon they never take 72 hours to response to customers request or problems. but firstcry play with customer money and time. they don't value for customer money and time. i had really very very bad experience from firstcry. please don't buy anything from firstcry because after sales service is very very bad. they don't response to our problem.

          I am a regular customer of first cry. But Under order no 425226PUR2118955, I was suppose to receive ordered four items from firstcry.com and out of four item 1 item is missing. After opening i have seen one Huggies (50 piece) is missing. But on bill all 4 item are mentioned.

          This is a big cheating and carelessness towards the customer.

          Hope they will make some action against this.

          Other wise I will face 600 rs loss.

            Dear sir

            I have given the order through firstcry online portal with the value of 16100 in a first week of june 2016. I did not received the product from them but how they have updated the order status as delivered the product. I spoke 3-4 times over the phone and also 4 times mail to them but they did not turn up to reply in a proper way to understand the refund status. So please initiate the complain against them and let me know to do the further go ahead process for the same to get refund back my amount.

              I purchased product from firstcry under offer 100% cashback and i received product as well.. After that i received coupon code of 509 rs on email (Firstcry. Jpg). When i placed order for product of rs 499 (Couponorder. Jpg) and applied coupon code of 509.. It says product total amount should be 149 rs excluding shipping charge..In the email which i had received in that no where mentioned for minimum purchase 149 rs mandatory under terms and conditions... I spoke to arun valmik (Tl) and sunny girme (Srcsa) about this but very bad response from the team.. Fraud company.. Please take strong action.

                I had ordered for a baby walker for my kid on 29th May which was supposed to be delivered on 4th June latest but inspite of repeated esclations I got the product delivered on 7th June at 11 pm. And to my utter frustration the product was badly damaged.
                I am really surprised the company gets adverstisements done by Firstcry and don't even maintain the quality of the products.
                Please arrange for a quick reverse pickup and deliver my product asap.

                The complaint is against firstcry and their shipping partners xpressbees. i had placed for my order on 29th May which had an Expected Delivery Date of 4th Jun which has still not been delivered. The executives are giving false promises that the consignment is getting misrouted...the worst part is they have already taken the money and is causing this delay.

                After regular follow-ups I got my baby walker delivered on 7th June at night 11pm to realise that the product is broken. What a service...they get their as done through BIGB and don't even maintain the quality of the product .
                Kindly arrange for reverse pickup and delivery of the new product asap.

                  I have recently placed an order from Firstcry.com.
                  They said the delivery date is on the same day ie 1st june 2016.

                  I have paid money for it.
                  They have shipped it through their subsidiary company logistics.

                  The date of delivery of shipment was 1st june 2016. But they have not yet delivered it.

                  If i call they say it will take 72 hrs to resolve.
                  Arey.., these fools have taken my money and they are taking such a long time to resolve my complaint.
                  I think its a fraud they started. They are looting people.

                  Till now i have not received my product.
                  Its a prepaid order and am worried about my money.

                  These people are least bothered to respond insipte of repeated calls to them.
                  Everytime i call tgey say it will be done.

                  But my goods are sitting in their godown.
                  Someone please help me as to what is to be done.?

                    Hi Team, I purchased cotton blanket on 22nd April for 756.00 from firstcry.com but I did not receive the product and they have updated the status delivered on site. I called so many time to the customer care and talk to the supervisor too. They just have one sentence for me which is " mam we have escalated the issue and you will get your refund. I am very disappoint from this service.

                      Under tracking no em[protected]in. I was suppose to receive ordered four items from firstcry.com and out of four item two item are missing. After opening i have seen two items are missing.
                      First Cry sent the wrong size. On asking for a return they are giving silly excuses like there is no return pick up and i need to courier myself but whereas the place where i am staying has a return pick up. I am throwing away this product and have decided never ever to order with FirstCry. Don't get cheated with FirstCry, It will Make you cry.

                        I had ordered a sipper cup for my baby.the product was full of dust and nipple is fully damaged .how can they mess with babys health by providing such a cheap quality product.
                        Further i had a cashback of 123 rs.when i tried to redeem it it showed the msg tht it can be redeemed only by 12noon.why the timeline was not specified in the mail sent by them.
                        They sent a link for return which is not opening.
                        Then they said tht it cant be opened on mobile.
                        I dont have a pc at home n i cant run around for hunting a pc.
                        When orders can be accepted on mobile.why cant returns

                              I ordered huggis ultra soft pants large size for boys(2802061PUB4130184) on 24 Th january 2016 . It was mentioned that early bird prize on preorder and one huggis aloe baby wipe With 80 Pieces will be included free with this order.
                              But the item arriced with no wips. Only the huggis diaper packet was there. No earky bird prize though it is mentined. I need my huggis aloe Baby wipe with 80 Pieces.

                                At the time of payment for the above mentioned order in Firstcry.com on 19/02/2016, my payment was got cancelled but unfortunately my money was got deducted from my bank of Rs.465.20/-. I contacted the customer care of the said site immediately and they assured that the deducted money will be refunded within 3-4 business days. After waiting for more than a week I contacted again to the customer care and I was told to wait 10 workings days (Including 1 week) more. I did that. In the meanwhile I got a phone call from one of the customer representative about this issue. He had confirmed that after waiting for 10 days after the transaction was made, if the deducted money will not be refunded to you, then contact the company again with my updated bank statement and then they will refund the money immediately. When the money was not refunded I contacted again to the company with my bank statement, and they said that they had not received my money as they can not refund the same, contact the bank for this matter. I did that so.

                                If the money was not credited to you, if the transaction was like a normal failed transaction then I am asking that how much days is needed to refund the amount to my bank A/C. I already had gone through these kind of issues many times with many merchants, but every single time my money had got refunded or returned to me maximum within 10 days. This website is not exceptional, then why I have to wait so many days to get the deducted money to my bank A/C.

I changed my order to a Green shirt. This time they send me a ‘Similar’ shirt, which is basically a poor quality shirt, and a different sets of cloths altogether. I broached it up to Firstcry team and asked them to replace it with the original one. Now they are not at all attending my grievance, although I already made my payment for the product.

                                    I have given an order 2693349PID9780930 in firstcry.com for 5 articles i.e., baby earbuds, diapers, wipes, humdurd almond oil and Jhonson baby diaper rashpowderon 18.02.16, all are received my on 22.02.16 and incase of Jhonson baby diaper rashpowder it was manufactured in Jul2014 and best before 24 months which expires in Jul 16, that quantity of 200 grams will useful to us for above 1 year.but it will expires in short period therefore I was informed the company that I will return it and requested them to replace it with newstock or refund the amount, the company was informed that according to their policy there is no facility to replace therefore they will refund the amount by way of depositing in cash wallet so as enable me to purchase another goods in future. But Fault is dealt with the company why should I accept so I want refund in to my bank account

                                      I had ordered one jacket in their 11 to 11.11 minutes offer scheme due to which I got a cashback coupon of Rs750.
                                      and against that i ordered 2 items 1.one slip on and 2.A Dress
                                      And now this dress frock is 2size shorter and I requested a return of this product.
                                      And as per their “Return Policy”, there will be no questions asked while
                                      returning and when I make use of this policy, I was grilled to the core.
                                      Further to add to the misery, instead of refunding the full amount they are refunding only the net value and not refunding the cash back amount that was applied to this order.
                                      This means the cash back I had earned is completely wasted and this was their intention.
                                      The story doesn’t end here, further they ask me to “DONATE” that dress which I had bought (PAID) for my daughter.
                                      Donating or not is completely a consumers choice and I am sure no organization or their representatives should be
                                      telling this to hide their flaws.
                                      The customer care representative are so rude to talk that every point of the conversation they kept repeated that this
                                      discount/cashback “WE” gave you as if it was some favour done to me whereas this cashback was against a order and
                                      well earned by me and not any favour.
                                      Pls help me with this and also so that they don't cheat other consumers in the name of cash back.
