Firstcry — missing diapers package | |||||
This is really inconvenient that I have ordered for 4 packs of diapers and the vendor has delivered only 3. He has tried to play smart here and such vendors should be discontinued from first cry. I want the fourth pack for which I called customer care of first cry for which I got the reply that I need to share the images of the packet delivered so that they can further process my complaint. Instead of checking with the vendor these people are asking me for proofs????? What type of customer service is this??? It is first cry's responsibility to check the package before it is delivered to the customer. On arguing the customer service representative tells that this is the process which we follow and nothing can be changed or altered. Can I ask if they have Robots sitting at your CS team who act only as per the commands feeded in them and not use their common sense??????? I will strongly recommend that This is not at All customer centric behaviour!!! They should learn this from Amazon. For future I will take care that I order from a more customer friendly website rather than these Robot driven app..
