Flightxp — flight refund not credited back by travel agent company

I booked a ticket with flight xp (Hyd - mum - hyd) on may 9th, 2018. The trip id was[protected], it was a indigo flight from hyd to mumbai and a jet airways flight from mumbai to hyderabad. I had to cancel the flight and i cancelled it from the airline indigo and for jet airways i contacted flight xp representative aman. Aman told me whatever the airline refunds will not be refunded to me because flight xp will charge convenience fee over the refund.

I had already paid the convenience fee while booking the tickets and i am baffled why flight xp will charge me again on the refund that indigo has given them. Flight xp is trying to keep the amount refund of the airline and trying to make extra money from consumers taking advantage of their helpless situation.

I request an urgent enquiry onto flightxp and give me refund of my amount and also allow me to cancel the ticket with jet airways. Thanks
