My name amit, i was received a empty parcel from flipkart which order id:od[protected], product name - canon eos 1300d, i was complain regarding this issue to flipkart, but they cannot any action for this issue, also flipkart customer service is very bad and provide different type wrong information, so i can complain that, my details on flipkart site name-amit malakar, [protected]@gmail.com, mob-[protected]. Flipkart customer care no.[protected] and email - [protected]@flipkart.com

OD[protected] DO NOT BUY ANY PRODUCT FROM FLIPKART, BECAUSE MOST 3RD CLASS COMPANY, NOW ITS NAME FRAUDKART, I HAVE RECEIVED A EMPTY PARCEL, I CAN COMPLAIN IT CUSTOMER CARE AND CONSUMER FORUM, AFTER THAT CALL BACK ME SOME AGENT AND AFTER 10 TO 12DAYS TELL ME WAIT FOR AGAIN 12DAYS, THEN INVESTICATION 1ST AGENT([protected]) CALL ME AND TELL ME I[censored] HAVE DEBIT CARD OR NET BANKING AND ALSO SAME REFUND AMOUNT AVAILABLE IN UR ACCOUNT THEN I CAN REFUND, ALSO HE CAN CALL ME FROM COMMON GENERAL NO, SO I THINK HE WAS LOOK LIKE FRAUD OR CHEATER, SO I CAN NOT SHARE MY DETAILS, COMPLETED 12DAYS THEN A AGENT (SAROJ KUMAR [protected])CALL ME AND TELL ME AFTER CONVERSATION HE CAN COMPLAIN HOLD AND FORCED ME THAT ITS UR FAULT BECAUSE U CANNOT CHECK DELIVERY TIME PARCEL WEIGHT, BUT DELIVERY BOY IT WAS PLACE MY HOME FLOOR NOT MY SISTER HAND, MY SISTER GIVE MONEY AND TAKE THIS, AFTER THAT CHECK AND CALL CUSTOMER CARE, BUT THIS SAROJ CHEATER (I THINK HE WAS A DRUNK MAN, BECUASE SOME TIME HE FORCED ME WITH WRONG INFORMATION)TELL ME ITS I CAN HOLD, BUT NEXT DAY FRAUDKART SEND ME A EMAIL SELLER NOT FULLFIELD THIS BECAUSE ITS WAS NOT EMPTY PARCEL, SO GUYS I[censored] BUY ANY PRODUCT MAINLY COSTLY PRODUCT FROM FRAUDKART THEN OWN RISK, BECAUSE ITS CAN NOT UNDER ANY POLICY BECAUSE FRAUDKART EVERY POLICY FAKE AND CUSTOMER CARE CAN NOT HELP JUST SAID SORRY SIR ITS FUNNY CARE, PLS CHANGE COMPANY NAME TO FRAUDKART BECAUSE UR NAME MATCHED WITH UR SERVICE.I THINK MUCH BETTER AMAZON, SNAPDEAL, ETC.
