[Resolved]  Flipkart — Delay in Delivery of Lenovo K3 Note

I am Flipkart First customer which means the products i purchase from WS Retail on Flipkart ships and delivers my orders within one day. I ordered a Lenovo K3 Note mobile phone vide Order No.OD[protected]. I was given a tracking no (WSRC[protected]) and was told the delivery will be made today, i.e., 09.07.2015. When i checked the status of shipping and deliver on the Flipkart site, i was shocked that the shipment has not reached Hyderabad even at 7pm. So, i called the customer care. They asked me to wait till 9pm and when the shipment was not delivered even by 9pm, i called the customer care again, only to reach a sleepy, lazy executive who was in no mood to look in to the status of the order leave alone apologizing. When i asked him why the delay, he started explaining me that the unit(mobile phone) needs to be picked up, packed, and shipped to another place(Hyderabad in my case), as if this was the first time I am making purchases on flipkart or for that matter online. When i asked him why did Flipkart take the subscription charges when it cannot deliver in 1 day, he started giving lame excuses like it depends on the location and area of delivery. I blasted him saying when Flipkart asked for 400 bucks as subscription charges, it already checked my location and pincode for confirmation whether products can be delivered in a day or not and I even told him that neither i have changed or shifted my residence nor have i asked to deliver the product to some other place. I tell you, off late this Flipkart is becoming a one big head ache. I dont know how companies like Lenovo, etc agree to sell their flagship products only and only on sites like Flipkart where they cannot keep their commitment and when asked for reasons, give lame excuses. Moreoever, they ship the orders with logistics like Ekart which has not contact numbers or addresses so that we can directly speak to them like Bluedart or DHL instead of holding the phone on the Flipkart customer care for 15-20 mins and then meet some sleepy, lazy executive who hardly care to help customers like us. Its hight time, Flipkart higher authorities take note of this rather than ignore them and mend their ways. I am a Sailor by profession and my company and my ship will not wait for me just like Flipkart is asking me to wait for 1-2 days to get the shipment. Ridiculous ! Sailor

I 've ordered K3 note via Flipkart on 29th Jul and till now I haven't received my order. This is not the 1st time that I am ordering from Flipkart, however this time I am really dissapointed with the delay in service. On 5th I got the tracking status that it has reached Bhiwandi Sort Facility (Mumbai), and then on 6th there were no activity on tracking status as if they all slept that day, now on 7th Aug its the same status. Really unprofessional stuff. I want some one to get into this on urgent basis. My tracking no: WSRP[protected], Order id: OD[protected]
Guys, Remember - delay in product delivery is like loosing your warranty period by those many days - so even delay of a day is one day less warranty - which is loss and one can measure this loss only when issue arise in product and according to seller warranty is over which might not be for you.
Horrible experience buying a product from Flipkart

I placed an order on flipkart on 9th April, Initial delivery date they mentioned while placing the order was 11th to 13th of May. So I thought let's wait for a month even though I paid the actual amount of the product in INR is Rs.22990.
As I didn't get any update till 3rd of May, I reached out to the Flipkart customer care who confirmed me that It will be delivered on the promised delivery date.

Yesterday when I logged in to the App, to my surprise the delivery date has been modified to 31st of may with out any intimation. Immediately I called up the flipkart customer care to ask them to check on this un-intimated update of delivery date which is almost 1 month delayed.
Non of the customer care executive is ready to accept that it is a mistake from flipkart that the product delivery has been delayed by 1 month.
I am really surprised that how come they take 2 months to deliver a product to Tier one city like Hyderabad .When I asked there is no proper response or any kind o[censored]pdates on the delivery date nor they are ready to cancel the order.

These guys are simply making fool out of the people who believe online shopping is hassle free. I completely lost trust and suggest my fellow consumers to consider this (FlipKart.com) e-Com website for any purchase.

Very poor delivery service.
Please don't order stuff from flipkart if you need them urgently. Other online websites like myntra and Amazon are much better in terms of delivery. Atleast they deliver on expected date and don't change the date a day before. Flipkart, you are loosing your loyal customers.
Very very poor delivery experience.

I had ordered Honor Mediapad with them last week, ie, on their so-called grand festival sale, Saturday 13th, 2018, with a delivery date of Tuesday, 23rd, 2018, but not shipped until now and their tracking system is also useless, not showing anything.
