Its the flipkart's reposnsibility that amount it credited bank reaches beneficiary.
(Putting case against the their bank for eating the money is flipkart's headache)

I didn't get the refund till now. Actually they are not bothering to resolve this issue. Whenever i m calling to them they are saying that refund has been done. But it never happened. I didn't recieve the refund. I talked to Customer Care of my issued bank as well. They said refund has not been done from flipkart.

I didn't get the refund till now. Actually they are not bothering to resolve this issue. Whenever i m calling to them they are saying that refund has been done. But it never happened. I didn't get the refund till now. They are just telling me wait. It's been more than 40 days has been over but no proper response from Flipkart.

They got Bank statement from me telling they will verify and come back.
Now they are repeating single statement -They have refunded the Amount Successfully on Oct 17.
My bank Citibank is asking for ARN to trace the refund if actually they refunded
and telling no refund transaction in the world can happen without ARN.(Acquirer Reference number).
Flipkart is telling they don't know ARN but they have refunded the Amount Successfully on Oct 17 and quoting some 6 digit reference number which is not ARN.( I learnt from Citibank that its 23 digit alpha numeric number).
Its the Flipkart's responsibility to DISPUTE the refund transaction with its bank and get the amount rightly to our account. But Flipkart guys call each time from past 45 days and tell the ONLY one sentence "They have refunded the Amount Successfully on Oct 17" after which they tell they will escalate after explaining my ordeal again.
There is no REAL customer support and there is no escalation matrix available neither in website nor offline.
