Order ID OD[protected] for Sennheiser PMX 60 Wired Headphones.

On delivery, I found that the product was not working correctly. The left output/ear of the headphone was not working. So I requested a return of the product on September 10th. Pickup date for the same was set to be September 12th. Return ID : 29289537.
On 10, 11, 12, 14 & 15 september, I received text message that the return would be done before 7pm on that day. Everyday later in the evening another message received was that the pickup of the item couldn't be completed.

I called up customer care. They told me that the return had to be effected within 10 days for any refund

Now I don't understand how even when :
1. The product was defective
2. I requested a return within a day of delivery
3. Flipkart failed to pickup the product.

They are blaming me of not communicating further.

Pathetic service by flipkart and customer care if manned by who don't understand the issue at all.

    My order no:OD[protected] I had promised, that deliver the product on 29 sep, order date 27 sep. I didn't get the product till now still getting assurance from their flipkart cc. They have very worst CC, till now I had been see. although I flipkart first member, there is no any advantage. Ok, now check the chain of email. each day they are providing assurance to they at least tell me the delivery date... 1st oct : !!! - Conclusion, one more assurance, we will let you know. 2nd oct : conclusion, one more assurance. 3rd oct : conclusion, one more assurance. 4th oct: conclusion, one more assurance !!! time limit is over now... Now they give me one more assurance... Please provide me detail for next level of escalation, and no worries, as a flipkart first member, Please Don't play with our emotion. Please don't provide any assurance, or reassurance because they have no values.Also, I don't want your sorry or apologies.

        I have waited for the refund from 25 August. I have called them many times but the only response I get that my refund will be within 8 buessiness days. I had 1598 as my refund from which I got 799 back. remaining 799 as not been refunded to me. they mailed me that they have given the transaction but my bank says there is just one refund from flipcart. details that they provide is INR 799 refunded on 8 sep 2015-74332745252525126288815 INR 799 refunded on 25 Aug 2015-74332745238523759670069

          Order ID: OD[protected], delivered on 28/09/2015 i got defective cell and requested return. i did smart check as per their instruction and reset my cell also. but the problem was continue. contacted too many customer care on call, call disconnected by them without listening completely. two times rejected my return request without giving any reason (ist reason was not true and 2nd time no reason was given). this is the clear matter of cheating and fraud by flipkart. when i am trying to contact them, they just disconnect the call. pls help me out

            I was bought some kitchen items from super market like Murukku Maker, cutter. after that i was compare that product in flipkart ... i was shocked because that price of product double in flipkart. service are good but sellers are different same product but different price. i don't want to expect flipkart why not take care about seller prices.

            i was bought same product and same quality but price is different. this diffrence i was found in kitchen and home appliances department only.

            please take care, this feedback fully i was sent to care of positive approach, Thanks.

                In a time frame of 2 weeks, flipkart has managed to put me down twice.first delivering me with damaged good, and then now by not delivering the goods on time. The reason given is wrong pincode which was there operational error. Because of which they want me to wait till eternity. Absolutely pathetic service and the best part is everytime u call up the customer care, no one will help u. If this complaint reached to the right person, pls call back @ [protected]

                  The product in picture is so beautiful while what I had received is cheap, pale looking 3d grade material. I feel I am still saved that I only had to spent 178 odd rupees to get to know the real flipkart. As you do not accept return (only replacement) I not satisfied. I want refund of my money. There is no white and red color on this mug. White is actually yellow and red is brown. They do not have a policy of refund, amazon takes return without any questions asked but they do not take returns even if the quality is epic bad. You guys duped me with a photo-shopped picture, and that is the lowest of the low. You guys have been using your past earned reputation in a disastrous manner now. Refund or all you would hear from me in future is reality about this experience...

                    Big leval issue in flipkart by flipkart big officials dear sir, flipkart orders that are coming in seller portal, flipkart is not allowing them to ship before 3 to 4 days, they are saying that we will allow to ship 2 oct order on 6 october and buyer are being cheated by flipkart because in online nobody wants to get late delviery without any reason, as he will get 2 oct order till 10 to 12 october. even if seller is ready to ship and saying we need to ship same day, they are not allowing and they confimed it on their customer care that we will ship now all order of flipkart after for days of order comes by buyer, it seems that in this online market when every website is shipping with in 24 hour flipkart is doing suicide by dispatching order after 4 to 5 days of order, it seems flipkart all team and many top officialr are workign for other websites, they are taking salaries from flipkart and working for other websites like in second world war double security secret agent did, if anyone in flipkart who want to save flipkart need to awake oherwise by their new policies flipkart will go to downward now the person who confirmed on flipkart customer care anme is shubham and his ref id is[protected]

                        The bag being sold is not a laptop bag rather only a messenger bag. I received the bag around August 4th 2015 and today Oct 2nd 20-15, the bag has inner pocket and it is already ripped from the bottom. This to when the pocket only carried small items like cable. I registered my complaint on flipkart and person who called refused to understand my situation and morever when i requested him to put me in touch w. his supervisor he hung up the phone. Flipkart, please stop your wrong advertising!!

I purchase canvas express 2 from flipkart.but after 1 day i come to know that his battery going down very fast within 3 to 4 hours battery goes 100 to 0.without having games or applications in mobile.than i talk with flipkart people they call me.than they ask some setting in phone that i do than to b my problem is same.now, they said go to service centre but i really fad up because brand new phone they never want change or change battery.ow, i really dont know what to do ?now, they r going to cheat the customer because once u purchase the product they never change or never give money back.i think my 6000 rs going waste.                             Invoice No: # BLR_WFLD[protected], Order ID:OD[protected] dated 30/04/2015 in warranty period. •On 21/09/2015, I requested service at authorised service centre-Ascent Technologies ph no:[protected]., due to overheating of the instrument, corresponding shutdown and non-responsiveness (no display or audio or power on/off or telephonic responses). • For my telephonic contacts during the period of 23/09/2015 - 27/09/2015, they didn’t even attend the calls and I failed to contact reach them. • When I contacted on 28/09/2015 the service centre, they asked me to contact them on 30/09/2015 and I returned. • On my contact on 30/09/2015 in disagreement with the references (Ref no 2: Acknowledgement), service centre responded orally that it is defect that is not due to overheating, but due to reasons not known and asked me to pay an amount of 4, 300 Indian Rupees for the replacement of the screen (display) of the device. • On 01/10/2015 I went in person to the service centre and requested for explanation of the non-functioning of the device and reason for which I have to pay such a huge amount for servicing under warranty period (since purchased recently only on[protected]corresponding to the Reference no. 1). I have requested service centre to either maintain or rectify the device, on free of cost or replace it. I, also requested for elevation of the service-request to your service headquarters, for correct decision. Instead, the good service centre gave a negative response, nothing has been done and returned the device back after taking back the original Reference no. 2 ( acknowledgement) on 01/10/2015. I went to authorised service centre more than 4 days, while being there I saw so many other customers of Xiomi and met with your service technicians complaining about the faults of the same product as mine. From which I understood that Mi 4i instruments were being received faulty, frequently. As such it is presumed that so called product is in the cause of “manufacturing defect”; so the company should replace the product which is within the warranty period.

                              Sir/Madam, I have ordered a tablet via online and the product details is given below on 27 Sept 2015, I got the Delivery of the product on 01st Oct 2015 in evening at 04:00 pm, when I checked the product that was sent to me, its seems to be different, I Immediately call the customer care department for the same, however they told me that their system are not working now give us a call back after 2 hours I did try calling the customer care department on the same day between 05:00PM to 10Pm in night and got the same message stating that their system are down and call back after 2 hours today when I called the customer care department regarding the same issue I have spoken to one of the customer care representative Mr. Sanjay Kumar answered the call I shared all the information with him he said that he cannot do any thing once the product is delivered it cannot be returned nor it can be exchange. later on I spoken to his Supervisor Mr Alok Shukla regarding the same concern he said he also cannot do any thing and also cannot register my complaints as well, I asked him about the call reference number. which is[protected]. I have been delivered a incorrect product from Flipkart online selling product company. When I contacted them regarding the same on customer care number [protected]/[protected] they said the product is correct and no return and no exchange policy is available in this company, However at the time when I order the product it was clearly mentioned that you can return /exchange the product with in 30 days. I have been delivered this product on 01st October 2015. Within 24 hours I am requesting for exchange/ return for this product. Request you to please look into this on priority basis.                                   unbelievable service which has been offered by flipkart to me so far..i have never expected from a big brand like flipkart doing a cheap thing..i have no idea it was a mistake or done by someone intentionally ...package was delivered to me..everything was fine but the moment i opened the seal of flipkart box i came to know that processor box did not have seal on it.. when i opened the box i was not even able to speak a single word..package was empty...pathetic customer service offered to me as well instead o[censored]nderstanding the significance of matter consultants are keeping me on hold, mute .. i just wanted to speak with a senior who could give me a prompt solution..tired of call disconnections, mutes... now i've taken this decision to escalate this to matter all over social networking, consumer forum every where i can... seniors are requesting me to wait till 5th oct in this..nobody is understanding how difficult to bear this type of lose..i was keep calling you people ..takes year to connect with seniors.. its my request to you guys refund my money i will never ever shop again anything online

                                      I placed an order with Flipkart on Sep24, 2015 and order number is OD[protected]. I PROVIDED THE CORRECT ADDRESS WITH CORRECT pin code which is 700047. They handed my shipment to Delhivery courior and when I followed up with the courior after an unexpected delay, I got to know that my package was misrouted because TWO PIN CODES WERE PROVIDED FROM FLIPKART'S END. ONE IS 700047(CORRECT ONE) and THE OTHER IS 700006(INCORRECT ONE). I was shocked as I did not have any idea from where did they got the incorrect Pin Code.

                                      Moreover, when I called and requested Flipkart to update and inform my correct Pincode to the Delhivery Courior guys ASAP, they told me to wait and could not give me a proper timeline as to when it will be done.

                                      I had to wait infinitely for my parcel which was a birthday gift for my sister. Finally, it got on my nerves and I ordered the same product from another site.

                                      The same thing happened for order OD[protected] which was placed on Sep 27, 2015. It has also got misrouted due to two incorrect PIN CODES supplied by Flipkart.

                                      This kind of harassment is really not acceptable and I will make sure not to order any thing from this Worthless site in future where same mistakes are repeated and no steps are taken to rectify those mistakes, in spite of calling and requesting them.

                                      Had I been given an option to rate them, I would have rated them 2 on a scale of 0-10, 10 being highest.

                                        I placed an order with Flipkart on Sep24, 2015 and order number is OD[protected]. I PROVIDED THE CORRECT ADDRESS WITH CORRECT pin code which is 700047. They handed my shipment to Delhivery courior and when I followed up with the courior after an unexpected delay, I got to know that my package was misrouted because TWO PIN CODES WERE PROVIDED FROM FLIPKART'S END. ONE IS 700047(CORRECT ONE) and THE OTHER IS 700006(INCORRECT ONE). I was shocked as I did not have any idea from where did they got the incorrect Pin Code.

                                        Moreover, when I called and requested Flipkart to update and inform my correct Pincode to the Delhivery Courior guys ASAP, they told me to wait and could not give me a proper timeline as to when it will be done.

                                        I had to wait infinitely for my parcel which was a birthday gift for my sister. Finally, it got on my nerves and I ordered the same product from another site.

                                        The same thing happened for order OD[protected] which was placed on Sep 27, 2015. It has also got misrouted due to two incorrect PIN CODES supplied by Flipkart.

                                        This kind of hassement is really not acceptable and I will make sure not to order any thing from this Worthless site in future where same mistakes are repeated and no steps are taken to rectify those mistakes, inpite of calling and requesting them.

                                        Had I been given an option to rate them, I would have rated them 2 on a scale of 0-10, 10 being highest.

                                        Spoke with the customer as she is saying that the shipment are getting misrouted everytime as the pin code which is provided is correct so informed to customer that we will escalate the issue to the relevant stake holders kindly give some time we will arrange the delivery.
