I am also facing the same issue... Does Flipkart.com sees to our complaints or just send a computerized it.. Do we get our money back ever since... !? Very Angry with Flipkart..

Hey is your issue solved yet ? Got refund? Faceing the Same.The seller cancelld the order after a week of receving payment and now filthyflipkart is still solving the issue for a month now.No refund still.
Same i an facing pls tell how u solve the problem and what to do pls help flipkart doesn't give my money worth 15999 of a phone from 20sep.2018. Till now i didn't get my money back. So pls help.
I am also facing same problem. They are telling that they have initiated payment on 5th april and credited on 15 april. But i have not received any refund yet on 8th april. They are not giving any bank proof that they had refunded that amount to my debit card. It like to be a fraud by flipkart.

On 18th april i have not received any refund i gave them my bank statement proof but they did not give any bank proof that they really transferred or not.
Not given proof by flipkart is prove that they have not refunded my money.

My name is Ashnas.I have ordered a Fujifilm Instax Mini 8 Instant Camera on 27th july 2019 from flipkart.But the status of my order is showing that "Payment not yet confirmed from bank".but the amount is credited from my bank account.I gave complaint to flipkart team but they keep saying that my isaue will resolved within 24 to 48 hours.but the issue is still exist.i need my money back.I am tottaly dissapinted in flipkart service.

I didn't get the refund till now. Actually they are not bothering to resolve this issue. Whenever i m calling to them they are saying that refund has been done. But it never happened. I didn't recieve the refund. I talked to Customer Care of my issued bank as well. They said refund has not been done from flipkart.

I had Ordered a poco M2 pro on 15th of October with pretransaction to avail the said offer. But just after amount got debited from my account they cancelled my order stating "out of stock".
How can you cite to someone"out of stock" after receiving money in advance?
Then untill now i haven't got my money back either nor the Flipkart authority is really concerned.
They mailed after rigours demand with saying i should contact my bank and provide the "refund reference number" to them to inquire about the transaction status as why it is getting delay.
But my same bank said to me that the "refund reference number" is of no use as my bank is the receiver here. They said if really there was a transaction issue then the sender should contact his sender bank to know about the transaction details. There's nothing can be done with the receiver bank here.
Its been 4 days they haven't refunded my amount of 14, 749/- rs even though the cancellation wasn't done by me! Its mentally harassing!
