Hi Flikart, Order ID: OD[protected] Item) Seller: WS Retail Order Date: 25 March, 2015 11:05 PM Amount Paid: Rs. 12399 through EMI This is in regards to the order which I placed through flikart. The order was placed on 25 thh march, 2015.I appreciate that you people have given the option to track the info online uts been three days no canges happend on my order. Only thing confirmed was may payment and order confirmation from the seller.Based on my terrlible past experiece with flipkart, Regarding the same I called gthe cx care to check with my order and askd if you people can expedeite this. She said On a priority base she would ship the order on 9 th which is mentioned on the website :D . For you people to ship the order it takes around 15 days where as every ships in 3-5 days . She also told me that there is a huge demand for that product that is the reason delay are happening. She proactively giving the option to cancel it thats the greatness of your cusomter care agents. I asked her to connect to the Supervisor, she came with the different version(trick) saying your might be cancelled because the product is not available with the seller (unfortuately you didnt give the option for customer to talk to seller) and she says if i want i can cancelled the order or after few days they. That sounds a like joke and you dont have value for your customers at all. This is not the first time when I placed the order for samsung grand long back I got the same verbiage and dialogues in the past. no change now. I would consider you people dont even bother. Here I have few things to say, >When the product is not available with the seller why do you have to keep it on website like it is available(why cant yo keep as out of stock like you used to do ) >Product is not available with the seller is wroinng information where I can check the same model stilll available on your website. as on today. > Your so called supervisor was rude in giving the explanation for the above statement, she says when it shows available what can I (suupervisor) do. > When I repeat the same statement she gave explanation that there was an from flikart side that is the reason it showed up like that. So when when it is your mistake whe sould customer have to face the problem. > If you think that there is a problem from you side we should be informed as soon as you charge us. You did not do so, for which I would like to ask you do wanna cheat me or trouble me ?. or she might have given me the wrong information. > Let us consider that there is a mistake that showed on your website, it your job to get it rectified change the order with the different seller or get it done from the same seller that is your problem why should cusomter face the problem. > When I asked for a resolution your flip kart cx care super visor gave me resolution of cancelling the order. that sounds funny to me instead of rectifying the problem troubling more. > If you people cancel the order I dont have any problem but I want the money to be credited on the same day. I do not want to wait for 8 working days as per your policy. Why should I wait. > When great flipkart service placed my call on hold for a long time i had caled snapdeal and paytm people about the prduct availblity they said product is available that can deliverble by tuesday yto the max if I placed the order today with the same price. and snapdeal have gone one step ahead and gave a chance to coomunicate with the seller that sonds great to me. . Finally your super promised that shhe ecaleted the to the concerened team where they can take necessary action so that product can be deilivered. She promised me that within fice hours i should recieve a call from them its been 7 - 8 hours . which give me a understanding of false promise to avoid the call or your service is poor. No one called me yet. Let me tell you clearly, I do not want to cancel the order and I need phone to be deilverable as soon as possible. If you people canceled the order i want the money to be refunded on the same day. I have also checked the online reviews on flikart roday mornind you started troubling goood number of people, and I am surprised to see that same verbiage or dailgues which I hear from your customer service. This is a second instance I am facing i am not going to leave this time . I have all the call recording too.. I can go to consumer court and all the socail foreums people should relaize how flikart is troubling people.
