Flipkart — Refund issue on fraud transactions by flipkart

I (Komal Setiya ) have been charged for an unauthorized transaction for a flight booking which wasn't done by me. The PNR is UH2WSY from Indigo airlines. This ticket is from Pune to Guwhati and has been booked with two different accounts of flipkart.
One is from my account ([protected]@gmail.com) and other is from bishal Sinha's account ([protected]@gmail.com). We two are totally unrelated people.

Additionally, I also have been charged of 5890 rs. for this ticket and this unauthorized transaction has been made from my Flipkart account through HDFC credit card.

How is it possible that one flight ticket is with same pnr booked from two different emails and two different accounts . This is clear case of lack of cyber security in such a big ecommerce platform.

I have reported this issue to flipkart and HDFC both on 17th june. Sadly, there is no response from both the sides till this date. The innocent customers like me shouldn't be penalized due to lack of secure transaction system at Flipkart. I am requesting my money back as soon as possible.

I am taking follow up for this complaint from past 45 days.

Dear Sir,
My son Sanjeev Krishna is studying in 12th Std at Sri Chaitanya PU college at Banaswadi, Bangalore. He had scored 81% and above 87% in his quarterly exams and pre final exams of 11th Standard. We have found that lowest score of 75% in 12th standard.
We have approached school seeking information on assessment methodology and also to share the details of the marks uploaded in the CBSE server. Faculties in School have not shared the earlier 11th standard final marks. School authorities refused to share the marks details of the 11th standard and 12th standard. We have requested school authorities to show the exam papers of 11th standard and they refused and also mentioned there is chances of error in the assessment and CBSE board has taken decision to assign the marks.
We have also noticed that students were struggling to pass and they scored more than 90%. This makes us to feel that there is callous attitude of faculties in the school and there is fraud done by the school authorities in assessing marks for 12th std students.
I request you to do the needful for conducting enquiry and take appropriate action teachers and on the school.
