[Resolved] Flipkart — warranty seal and one screw missing in mobile | |||
My phone got switch off suddenly and it not working anymore. Lenevo service center claiming that warranty seal and one screw is missing therefore they can't repair my phone under warranty conditions. And it been only four months to purchased the phone ie lenovo k8 plus, ordered on 8th dec 2017. And i have not open the phone so how the warranty seal got missed??. Please answer my question. And i request flipkart to repair my phone under warranty conditions or replace my phone as soon as possible or refund my money. Lenovo service center is the first people opened and checked that warranty seal is missing. May 13, 2018 Ray Bahadur's response My order dilevery promise date is09 may but order is not dilevered on 13 may its to let for 6 day  Verified Support May 16, 2018 Flipkart Customer Care's response We will revert on it.

Verified Support Jun 07, 2018 Flipkart Customer Care's response Consumer complained of screw missing in the product, we interacted with consumer, apologized and requested him to reach out to authorized service center. Hence, as resolution is provided closing the complaint from our end.
