Confirmed ticket was not provide by fly mantra. Booking id: fly 11067664

I have made several calls to customer care number : [protected] but no one is responding on my refund for ticket not booked.

Even the behavior of customer care executive is very rude. Call also get connected after calling nearly 10 times. No response till date

I have booked flight ticket from Mumbai to Mangalore and paid 1744 after the payment made rec'd email from fly mantra stating you booking was pending you get confirmation when your ticket get booked however from last 1 year completed and it still shows pending and has not received the refund amount. I have called couples of times to their customer care they are not picking up my call. Please advice I can complaint to cyber cell to take action against this company.

I booked ticket from mumbai to hydrabad. amount deducted from account but pnr not alloted by them and still not get any refund. dat of booking 13.6.16 and travel date. 14.6.16. we attached our booking details. we are trying customer care but they not answering from last 15 days

I had booked ticket from the flymantra on 31st jan 2016 with below detaii., from delhi to mumbai, but ticket was not emailed to me. From then m chasing this company for my refund but they are not refunding me the money

Please suggest how to get back refund from this cheat company.

I have booked a ticket on 9th may from Lucknow to Indore via Delhi. They do not generate the PNR. I Call them Next day for PNR then they told me that the price has been hike and need to pay more amount. I cross check from the Airline Company Site there was no such hike. I requested them to cancel the ticket and ask for Refund. Booking Amount was 11, 862. Its now more then a month they have not refunded me the amount and delaying it by different excuses.

I have spoken to many operators from flymantra for refund.They are saying it will be refunded but now its more than a month No money is refunded.
Everytime I call there is only message from IVR that executives are busy. The customer services is also very poor.

Please help else I need to take help from legal authorities

I have booked a flight ticket in Spicejet for 5 Adults and 1 child through FlyMantra from Vishakhapatnam to Chennai on 6 may 2016 to travel on 19 May 2016. Due to unavoidable circumstances I cancelled the ticket on 7 May 2016. I requested for a refund process through a mail. Since then till today (14 June 2016) no respond came from their side. I even spoken a number of times with Fly Mantra customer care executives. They respond by saying that the refund process is initiated but I have not received the money.
Please take necessary actions to make the refund as soon as possible

My name is d. Sudhakar i have reserved airline tickets through fly mantra. Surprisingly my money got debited from my account and the air tickets was showing pending. From last three months they are informing me that i get money my back. But result is in vain. Every day i am calling them and i am keeping mails, no one is responding properly and in return they are shouting on me.

My name is vipul ailani and i was trying to book a ticket from mumbai to lucknow from flymantra.com on 13th march. The amount 8670 was debited from my account and the ticket (Pnr) was not issued to me. They mailed me that the amount will be credited in 15 days but till date i. E 14 june 2016 i havent recieved the amount. I visited noida e 160 sector 63 noida 201301 the address which they have mentioned on their website is wrong. I recieved a number from there which is [protected] by the name of raghav. On calling him he told that the amount will be given back in three days and again its 15 days and hes not recieving the call again. Please let me know what should i do to get my money back. I am going to file a f. I. R in local police station so that the number should be traced and i should get my money back.

I had booked flight tickets for varanasi to ahmedabad through "flymantra.com" for 9 people on 09/05/2016 for flight scheduled at 18:10 on 10/05/2016. The transaction id for the said booking is "fly09056677". I had paid in total rs.60, 169/- (Rupees sixty thousand one hundread and sixty nine) in two installments viz. Rs.58, 383+rs.1, 786/-.

On that day i received a ticket which was in pending status and it was mentioned on the ticket that the confirmed ticket would be sent to me in 30 minutes. I did not receive any confirmed ticket on that day and even their customer care department was not available as they are open only from 9.30 am to 6.30 pm and it was already 7.00 pm at that time. Then on next day i called up their customer care department and they asked me to pay difference fare as the fare had increased. I paid the difference amount and then he told me that as there were no tickets available in that flight the ticket will be cancelled and the whole amount will be refunded back to my account. Then i had to cancel this ticket and was informed by mr. Deb sarkar (Customer care executive) that the whole amount will be refunded in 14 days.

According to refund policy of company as mentioned on their official website, the amount should be refunded back to my account within 7 days from the day of cancellation i. E. Maximum by 16/05/2016. Then according to customer executive the amount should be refunded within 14 days from the date of cancellation i. E. Maximum by 23/05/2016. Once agiani was given a false promise on 04/06/2016 that amount will be refunded maximum by 08/06/2016 but even then i have not received my money back.

I even visited their place of office mentioned on their web site & on site of ministry of corporate affairs (Mca) but was shocked to see that their office did not exist there. Then i asked their customer care executive for their office address and he told me to check the same on web site. When i told him that i am already present at that address and it is false then he informed that they have shifted their office to mumbai, vashi. Then i requested him to give me full address of vashi and in response he refused to give me address and then i realised that this company is fraud and they do not have any place of office and information mentioned on their web site and information given by them to mca is also false.

Details of company and its directors are as follows:

2) navdeep munjal residing at 412, 5th floor, east aditya apartments 'd' block, chander nagar-ii, ghaziabad 201011 up in
3) avdeep munjal residing at 412, 5th floor, aditya east park apartments, water tank, chander nagar-ii, ghaziabad 201011 up in.

I want to sue them for following:-
1) not confirming the ticket as promised even after payment
2) gave false assurance that ticket will be confirmed after paying the difference
3) gave false commitments regarding time limit for refund
4) not standing as per terms mentioned on your website
5) non issue of refund
6) non existence of office on address given on their website and on mca website

Every time i call up their customer care department they will behave as if they are very much concerned about my refund and will never hesitate to give you false promises.Initially from their follow up i had not come to know that this is a fraud company but i realised that this is a fraud company and i was cheated once i found that address given on their website is not true and every time they gave false promises.

One more surprising fact that even after warning them that i will file a legal suit against the company and its directors if i don’t receive my refund than also they are not bothered. They are taking the law for granted.

I will not give up until a lesson is thought to them as because of such companies people of india avoid online transactions which ultimately affect the growth of country.

I have records of all communications as a proof.

Please help me to get my refund back and shut such companies and web sites.

I made a booking my booking id is fly07059140 with flymantra on 7th may when i made the payment that shows i need to wait for 30 min to confirm my ticket after that i got a mail from flymantra that the rate has been increased so i need to pay extra so i said i dont want the ticket please refund my amount they said the refund has been processed i will get the refund within 7 working days its almost done 20 days but i did not got my refund and i sent many numbers of mails and reminders about my refund but there is no revrt i am getting and customer agent dont have manner that how to speak with the customers they said u have wait more 7 days n all so please help me to get my refund.

On 9th March 2016. I tried to book a ticket from Mumbai to Kathmandu for 2nd may and made the Payment. i did not receive the ticket but my money was deducted. The company spokesperson asked for my details and promised i will receive my ticket in 30 min.
On 10th March, i asked the company for the status and did not receive a response, so i asked them to cancel my ticket.

On 11th March, when i called the customer service, Mr. Sumit Rajput, the Accounts department supervisor told me that he will not give me any confirmation. He blatantly refused to help and said he will not give me my cancellation confirmation, even though my ticket has not been booked.

I HAVE SO FAR NOT RECEIVED ANY WRITTEN COMMUNICATION FROM THEM all communication is on Phone and i do not trust them looking at their track record.

BOTH THE ABOVE TICKETS FOR BOTH THE SECTORS WERE CANCELLED @ around 1.45am on 24th December 2015 I. E well in advance before 4 hours

For Refund enquires, many times I tried to connect on customer care between 9.30 to 6.30 on [protected] but all the time one single reply -that all our customer service executive are busy please call after sometime.

PLEASE HELP ME WITH STATUS N REFUND THE DUES

I booked a return ticket for my wife Shreya Acharya from Bangalore to Ahmedabad on 18th August 2014. Ticket was dated as 19th August - Bangalore to Ahmedabad and 27th August - Ahmedabad to Bangalore.

This company generally takes the payment and delivers the ticket within half an hour. I did not received the ticket for next two hours and as it was next day travel I was worried and I called on their call center. They replied back that ticket will be delivered in another half an hours. Still I did not received the ticket. (Ref. Booking ID - FLY[protected] My transaction amount was 10, 204/- rs.

As my wife had to travel the next day, I did another transaction and booked the ticket from FlyMantra itself and I got the confirmed ticket.(Ref. Booking ID - FLY[protected]

For the first attempt where I did not get the ticket even today, they have to refund the amount. I called them multiple times, I mailed them multiple times but still I haven't got my refund after so many months. Even on their website, my transaction is in pending state and not in complete state.

Every time I hear the answer that sir, your money will be refunded within 4 working days but I haven't got my refund till now.

I request you register a complaint against them as I am tired of calling them and mailing them where I do not get reply ever.

I am somasekhar from Hyderabad. I have booked the ticket from Hyderabad to tirupathi on 31.01.2016 booking is FLY31016410. But I didn't receive ticket . I sent email to [protected]@flymantra.com . No response also. I called to customer care no response. Worst service I never experienced. These site should blacklisted from all payment gateways.

I have book the ticket from delhi to bombay on 29th jan 2016. jouney date is 28th march 2016. booking id is FLY29017827. i have'nt receive my ticket after 4 days. your customer care is highly disgusting & not answering my calls. please take right action against these people & provide my ticket or my valuable money

Inspite of numerous mail sent to Fly mantra regarding request for full refund against the failed booking on 19th DEC 2015 under booking id FLY19126420, this company has not refunded the due amount of Rs 13141/-

This booking got failed and PNR was not generated and thereafter after my complaint Flymantra call center representative committed that full refund of Rs 13141/- will be generated and credited to my account with 7 working days.

Till date from 19th Dec 2015, inspite of many reminders through mail and on tel no. [protected], No refund has been credited to my account.

I am contemplating taking a legal route for my refund .

I came to know through web that there are many more such customers who have suffered because of these cheating & fraud tactics of Flymantra.

I am not received any pnr no. Or confirmation of air tickets.i complaint so many times but their is no single revert from agent side.

This is the most worst & pathetic Travel agent i have ever come across, my money has got deducted for the Flight ticket but the ticket did not get confirmed nor you people are not even refunding the amount on time every time i call up they keep giving all stupid & BS answer saying "It will be done today it will done tomorrow my accounts team will get back to you & all that nonsense till now my amount is not refunded" .I don't understand why the hell does it take more than 45 days to refund the amount, while deducting the amount it just took 2 minz for you people but the tickets was not confirmed last minute we had to rush to the Airport & pay more amount to buy the tickets. If you Travel Agent cannot help you customers better shut down the Travel Agent cuz there no use of running such a stupid company when you cant help your customer.Today also i spoke to some one purposely he kept me on hold for such a long time i can hear the back ground noise but that fellow dint even bother to get back to me he just disconnected the call. Fly Mantra — Not got the confirmation ticket, even Refund not processed from more than 30 days - BOOKING ID FLY21127126. Many times called customer care people, but they are delaying only. Simply promising, but not giving any refund .

Now a days they are not even picking my call .

Please help .
