No refund against air ticket cancellation

On 17th Feb, 2014 I made one air ticket cancellation which booking ref is FLY15026361, & then after I have taken continuous follow up for my refund.I called you on hourly basis but most of the time your national customer care number ([protected]) got disconnected after saying All travel experts are busy, I emailed you 5-6 times to know the status of my refund.
I am totally frustrated as well as irritated because of your behavior...
