I have booked SPICE JET flight ticket for 08 May 2014 12.30 P.M (Tuticorin to Mumbai - round trip onward date 07.09.2014 and inward date 21.09.2014 of my wife name and son name) through fly mantra,

Till now, I didn't get PNR number. They were send the message as follows
Thank you for booking your air ticket with Fly Mantra. We wanted to update you that your ticket booking is under process and you should receive your E Ticket within 30 minutes.

If you have created an account on our website, You may also check the status of your ticket on the "My Bookings" Section.

I have not received eticket, Rs.9306 debited my account. Please advise us send the eticket

    Dear Sir/Madam,
    I booked flight ticket for my wife(shanmuga priya T) and son on 08/05/2014 from TUTICORIN To MUMBAI(ROUND TRIP). I booked online flight ticket from www.flymantra.com
    Address:- E/160, Sector-63, Noida, Uttar Pradesh 20301. Customer care number- [protected]. Email Id- [protected]@flymantra.com, having booking id :- FLY08057078, date of journey 07/09/2014 and 21/09/2014 amount of rupees 9306/-. after payment of said amount by CITI BANK (Credit Card) they provide me a booking confirmation receipt saying that it is not a E-ticket receipt and i will get my E-ticket within 30 minutes. I booked ticket at 12.00 hrs But they were not send e ticket till now and also i send mail but I have not received any reply information. Kindly help me please sir.

    I am be loge to middle family. i will purchase air ticket my friend card,
    Please Refund My Money Sir I request you.

      On 17th Feb, 2014 I made one air ticket cancellation which booking ref is FLY15026361, & then after I have taken continuous follow up for my refund.I called you on hourly basis but most of the time your national customer care number ([protected]) got disconnected after saying All travel experts are busy, I emailed you 5-6 times to know the status of my refund.
      I am totally frustrated as well as irritated because of your behavior in your service since 45 days.
      The Journey was between Kolkata - Pune Sector.
      I have also shared my bank details with you.
      Why I am not getting my money back?????????????????????????????
      Please refund it on urgent basis.

        I booked a ticket from flymantra.com on 15th augest. My booking Id-FLY15086106 from Kolkata to Agartala for 15th September. My ticket price was Total Amount - Rs.1277/-.I paid that amount and confirm of my payment
        also they send me this massage &quot;Thank you for Booking with Fly Mantra. Your Booking ID is FLY15086106.Your Booking is UNDER PROCESS. You will receive the E Ticket and SMS within 30 Minutes.&quot; But after 30 minutes past they did not provide me that ticket. I send a e-maill to their address, but they did not reply me after that incident I wanted to call to their customer care number but after first ring call was automatically disconnected.

        After next day they send me this maill &quot;You have made a booking on our portal and due to last minute fare change we could not issue the ticket. The fare has been increased and you would need to pay ₹1150 in order
        for us to complete this booking. Please click Make Payment to complete the transaction. Alternatively we can refund the amount which you have paid to us into the same Card/Account which you used while booking.&quot; After got this maill i send a maill to their address for refunding my ticket booking amount. Still now they do not send me any reply through maill or call and they do not give my refunded amount. Even i try to call their customer care number but they receive my call and say all customer care representative busy and disconnected the call
        automatically.

          Made recharge of Rs. 3040 for tata sky DTH but it failed. Details as follows:

          Recharge Date 28.01.2014
          Transaction ID; MTP28019243
          Type Circle:
          Operator: Tata Sky DTH
          Status:FAILED

          Due to failure of recharge I demanded for refund. The customer care ensured refund within 8 to 10 working days on 29th Jan 2014 via email. (Refund transaction ID is[protected]. But this refund still not proceeds.
          It’s very disappointing that for simple recharge I have to suffer this much. I called several time on customer care number: [protected] but they are not responding. .

My Trx ID is MTP13029208. This company address is E-160, Sector 63, Noida Uttar Pradesh-201301 contact person is Rudra Sharm or rajendra. I am not much sure but u can see Rajendra here https://www.facebook.com/rajendra.28patel. I want somebody to catch this ownrer before he does more fraud.
