I had booked a flight ticket from mumbai to bangalore on wednesday. The email said my tickets would be confirmed in 30 mins. MY ticket was not confirmed since my day of the flight. There was no email response and their call center phone did not work.
Below is the email that i sent them.
Hi,
I have been trying to call the call center however nobody is picking up my call. I have already booked tickets and i am really getting impatient.
Please reply me soon with an alternative plan confirmation or tell me it cannot be done so that i can apply for re booking and book else where.

I tried their call center number [protected] continuously from 3 dates 25th July, 26th July and 27th July .
I emailed them an email to issue refund but there was no response form them. I had no other option but to book another ticket at a higher price the same day. I had to go through a mental torture continuously emailing them and calling them with no single response from their end.
I send them 25 EMAILS and had more than 75 phone calls to their customer call center to reach them but there was not a single response from their end.
I had to book an expensive ticket from another airline worth Rs. 9927.
I want full refund of 7293 and also extra Rs. 25, 000 as damage allowance so that they would understand not to treat their customers this badly again.

today i call him regularly they cut my calls or sometimes they don't pick my phones please do something on that otherwise i have only one option to go police station if they don't transfer my total amount in my SBI account they have my SBI details of RTGS or account no.
Note: The ATM transaction is guided by Mr. Aggarwal and they said you got your wrong transaction amount or old amount automatically in your account but still i am not received
