Payment Not received

I had a booking with them for which they deducted the money of Rs3466 from my Paytm wallet on 26-07-15 but didn't provide the ticket yet.. after so many calls I am getting the only 1 reply that we are checking the details. I am just asking them to let me know if the ticket is booked or not so that I can get it booked threw other sites. They told me you can booked your ticket from other sites we refund your money automatically in your Paytm...

no confirmation on air ticket booking

Money deducted but no tickets, no response and totally fraud

sir maine fly mantra ke site se 21 march ko ek ticket book kiya tha jiska booking id fly 21036195 hai. lekin inho ne mera pnr no nai diya .oe jaab maine inko 24 march ko call kiya to ye bole ki haam aap ka amount refund kar denge .lekin aaj tak inho ne mera amount refund nai kiya .hamne kitni baar mail or phone kiya lekin koi jabab nai dete hai ye. plz kuch kiya jaye ....

Worst after sales service
