On 20th Oct'15, i have booked the fly ticket through Flymantra.com site and i got the mail stating that we will confirm the booking in 30mins and even after 24hours, there was no return mail stating about the booking. I called the customer centre on 21st Oct asking for the booking and one of the person told me that the booking is not done hence the money (Rs.12897) will be refunded within 3 to 4 days. I waited for 4 days and called again. The customer care person told that it will be processed and payment by friday 30th Oct and they disconnected the call without proper closure. Totally unethical behaviour. Today 3rd Nov'15, again i called the customer care centre (Mr.Anubhav) and now they are saying that the payment will be made in 24 to 48 hours. I have a strong feel that this company is cheating the customer and wasting the time of customer as no online airline company having the system of generating the PNR after 30mins as all the sites are providing the immediate PNR upon booking.

      Maine date 03/09/2015 ko flymantra.com website 2 air tickets book ki, jammu to srinagar aur srinagar to jammu( Booking ids - FLY03099955 & FLY[protected]. Dono ki payment hone k baad msg mila ki 30 minutes k baad apko e ticket aur confirmation sms mill jayega lekin wo nahi mila. Customercare se baat karne par bola ki aapko uska refuns with in one week mill jayega lekin abhi app. after two months refund nahi mila. Badi muskil se customercare se baat hoti hai ho jaye to wo bol deta sorry kuch din aur do. Inka kya karein.         I had booked ticket by flymantra but amount has been deducted but ticket has not been get . so i have registered the complaint in these company which i have the complaint number FLY11865 . i had booked the ticket of 1 Adult and 1 Infants Arrival is From Mumbai and the Departure is Jodhpur . I had Booked on 29/08/2015 and Registered the Complaint on 31/08/2015 Because my Flight also on 31/08/2015. and When ever I Called Them the Answer is Same that today you will getting the refund or in these week definetly you will getting I had spoke to more than Ten (10) Executive and Three (3) Senior Department the Answer is same only the name of Senior Department are Mr.Rajiv Raghav, Mr.Raj and Mr. Ankit. The Executive name are as follows:- Manish, Deepak, Kunal, Sahil, Ankit, Pradeep, Rajesh, Sunil, Ashish and Rakesh. So I want to know when I will be receiving my Refund. I had replyed on there E-mail id from there also they are not replying to me for that also i had told to them. Please reply as soon as Possible.

          Dear Sir/Madam. I have booked one flight (2 Passengers) ticket from Bangalore to Cochin on 04/10/15 through flymantra.com Website. Flymantra Booking ID : FLY04106160 and the amount deducted is Rs 3901/- from Paytm account. But I have never recieved Flight E Ticket and PNR status still shows "Pending". I called customer care [protected] 3-4 times for past 3 days, but no one picks up and just gets disconnected. I send mail [protected]@flymantra.com AND [protected]@flymantra.com to either process this or refund my amount of Rs 3901/-. It never got responded as well. This is a fraud company and I am reporting this to kindly take firm action and help in have them either complete the booking or issue full refund of my amount.             I am Deepak kumar.booked ticket on flymantra reference no FLY25086529 nd got it canceled on 16sept 2015 nd till date called them lot of times for refund.every time i call them they just reply that we will call the bank nd let u know and u'll get refund by the evening.but nothing has done yet.I m very much harassed by this.Therefore I request u to plz take a serious action for this

            I have booked two tickets from your website, but one(FLY28017951.) the itenary got failed and the other got confirmed(FLY28016239.), but i havent received neither the refund which got failed neither the ticket which got confirmed.

            Can you please respond asap and tell what measures are you people taking.

            I have been calling them twenty times but still have got no response from them..
            Can u pls help.
            The phone keeps saying that all executive are busy.

                HI, The sat on my money for one full month but dint send a confirmed ticket. The return ticket booked for the journey had to be refunded.                     Today i have booked a ticket for 5 nos passenger. Passengers Name: 1)Tridiv Nath 2)Mrs Zinki Debnath 3) Kaushik Bhowmik, 4) Mrs Sudipa Majumder & 5) Miss Ranjana Nath. Round trip between Agartala to Kolkata. Departure from Agartala by Indigo flight (6E 373) on 11/12/15 at 17.05 & by Indigo (6E 358) at 11.05 am on 28/12/15 Kolkata to Agartala. After making payment for an amount of Rs. 28585/ the following has been reflected "Given Passenger's NameReference is not a valid one." I have contacted with customer Care 4 times and sent a mail also. But after elapsing nearly 6 hours i have not received any fruitful result. Therefore you are requested to take necessary steps and send a copy of ticket to this end.

                      I booked my tickets with Flymantra from Amritsar to New Delhi, but i received an error. The amount was deducted from my account but never received a confirmation. I kept calling the customer care the whole day yesterday, and i kept hearing was that i will be getting a confirmation on the email in an hour. I called for more than a dozen times but never got a resolution. Today when i called, i was told that i would be getting a refund and the executive started talking rudely with me. This was my first time of booking online flight tickets but unfortunately this was the worst experience, along with the mental harrassment i faced. It would had been better if they would had informed me on my initial call that i could get a refund so that i could had book tickets from another travel portal. Today iam flying to Amritsar and iam stuck on the return because now i have no tickets and without much options to fly back to Delhi. This was the worst experience and would never recomment flymantra to anybody. This seriously has caused a mental harrassment to me and my family.

                        I booked my ticket from this useless portal on 7 August 2015. It generated a fly mantra booking id and I had not got any eticket or PNR from the merchant side. Since then I am chasing them for refund of my amount but they are not replying to any of my emails, their customer executives always promise that I will get my refund in 7 days but this did not happened till date. My booking id is FLY07088913. Please get me my refund from this fraud company as soon as possible.

Myself tried to make contact with them and had send 4 mails (from [protected]@rediffmail.com) but they haven't responded for the same till date. I requesed them either to send E-Ticket confirmation or Refund my money. I tried to book a flight for Delhi from Pune however i failed to do so. After filling all the data, i went for for payment through credit card (Mastercard) where my money got deducted however no ticket was booked & there were no transaction id/reference either. I have written 8 mails to Fly Mantra however there is no response towards it, also i tried calling in the customer support where i was assured that refund will be processed but its 10 past days but nothing has happened on this. Request you to kindly loo into the matter to help me for my refund as earliest.

                                  I Biswajit Biswas booked flight ticket on 14/05/2015 of my wife and son name from KOLKATA To Guwahati. Having booking id :- FLY16058296, date of journey 08/08/2015 amount of rupees 6873/-. after payment of said amount by HDFC BANK (Net Banking) they provide me a booking confirmation receipt saying that it is not a E-ticket receipt and i will get my E-ticket within 30 minutes. . But i have not received ticket till now refund the amount Rs.6873/- immediately other wise i will take legal action for you

                                    Dear Sir/Madam. I (P.SIVAJI MOHANTY) have booked one flight (4 Passengers) ticket from Chennai to Visakhapatnam on 27/5/15 through flymantra.com Website. FLYMANTRA BOOKING ID : FLY27056426 on this session the amount is deducted (Rs 9060/-) and one statement generated showing "" Your Booking is UNDER PROCESS. You will recieve the E Ticket and SMS within 30 Minutes"" with full details. After consulting the Customer care ( [protected]) they replied that the ticket is not booked in their end due to technical reasons. So Your amount Rs.9060/- will be refunded to your bank within 5 to 6 working days, this transaction is takes place on 28/05/15. But till date my amount is not refund to me. I have spoken to Customer care several times (30 to 40 times) their answer is that we will refund within 2 days. And i have given several mails for refund request but noreply came. Their mail ids are : [protected]@flymantra.com AND [protected]@flymantra.com Website : www.flymantra.com, AND you can also find out the statement generated from their side go to PRINT TICKET ENTER BOOKING ID AS, FLY27056426 AND CELL NO AS [protected] I kindly request you to refund my amount of Rs 9060/-.                                       After complaint on that website Flymantra was call me or said sir we refund your amount via ATM card to card transfer they again cheats me and they debited Rs3340 from my SBI account via ATM Transfer they are not trust able my total amount is Rs6806 today i call him regularly they cut my calls or sometimes they don't pick my phones please do something on that otherwise i have only one option to go police station if they don't transfer my total amount in my SBI account they have my SBI details of RTGS or account no. Note: The ATM transaction is guided by Mr. Aggarwal and they said you got your wrong transaction amount or old amount automatically in your account but still i am not received Please help me Regards Atul Gupta [protected]

                                        i booked 2 flight ticket on july 5th 2015 from flymantra it was an indigo flight from new delhi to guwahati on 9 aug 2015 flight no. 743 . tickets were not booked as fare was increased by the time . i contacted its customer care many times but could not get a solution . i requested them to refund the amount and for the same i also send them an E- mail . on 14 july i spoke to dinesh at the customer care n told him the entire thing he stated that amount wil be refunded in the same week n also give me a complaint no.224335 .booking ids are FLY05079952 passenger name Shilpa Antil and FLY05078812 Shubham kapoor both tickets were done separately from different cards but on same date and all other details are same
