On 20th Oct'15, i have booked the fly ticket through Flymantra.com site and i got the mail stating that we will confirm the booking in 30mins and even after 24hours, there was no return mail stating about the booking. I called the customer centre on 21st Oct asking for the booking and one of the person told me that the booking is not done hence the money (Rs.12897)...
