Dear Sir,
I purchased a new handset Fly B700 from One mobile-Big Bazar on 26-jan-2010.
As all handset comes with 1 year warranty, at the time of selling no information is given that this handset will come with the warranty of 6 months only.
Now the major concern is this handset is not properly working. I went to the services centre around 1 month ago, they said as we are unable to download the information of the handset, need to send a mail in head office that they are not getting the details to log a call against this faulty handset. When I went their after 30 days they said that company has withdrawn this handset 2 years back, and company is denying the warranty,

This was a shocking news for me, after listening this I went to the dealer (Big Bazar), they talked with services centre, after that a new image someone Sales Manager of Fly for delhi / ncr region came, and he submitted the mobile in services centre,
I have submitted the handset on 7/5/2010, still now services centre is saying that as they are unable to log the call they have sent a mail to head office and waiting for the reply.

Now there are 2 major concerns:-
1) When I will get the handset repaired, since it around 1 month I managed to use faulty handset, and now I have no handset to use, and even I am unaware of the date by which my problem will be resolved.
2) Why they are providing the warranty only for 6 months

    I purchased a FLY mobile a few months back. Right from the purchase of the handset I found that the functions of the mobile are limited against the features advertised. The CD to acccess the mobile through computers are not functioning and the computer doesn't recognized the mobile and I was shocked to see that many users have the same problem with the FLY mobile. A few days back the memory card of the mobile is not sensed by the device and I took it to the service center. They told that they have send it to another service center in another state and get it repaired within a week. Till date after a long gap of more that 10 days I haven't received my mobile phone serviced by them. Their after sales service is not worth mentioning and totally disappointing. How can I recommend this mobile set to my friends?

      Dear Sir,

      Duplicate Fly mobile phones are available in market, which in result recently we ve purchased a new cell from India’s big retail market Bigbazar of (Future Groups).

      Duplicate examples are i.e We ve purchased two fly mobiles and found their IEMI numbers are different physically and system’s, That we found thru their service providers only while approaching to repair the cell on purchasing of 2 days two different mobiles, service centre guy says duplicate motherboard changed in this cell before billing @ BB.

      And the service provider is ignoring to provide warranty services on the avl current IEMI no#.

      As an international cellular brand fly mobile is not bothering on the current matter, where ve visited several times their retail counter (BIGBAZAR) and the Authorized service centers, but the response we are getting is not satisfactory.

      In the cellular (IMEI) matter our government of INDIA is keen to collect the genuine data about INDIAN consumer’s visibility, but current market brands are selling their products like anything, without government rules.

      You are requested to pls investigate and check the same in a result @ Mulund (cheknaka) bigbazar and also your team can contact me to show the result.

      Kindly help genuine customers to get the benefits of spending their money and believes on the market brand.

      Eagerly waiting for solutions on the matter, hope our superiors and government authority team can take actions against the FLY MOBILE brand.

      With your help we can take-up the matter with media also to aware the fly brand value in INDIA market.

      Fly Mobile — fly mobile

      I bought a Fly Mobile from Hot Spot Mahipal pur New delhi, on oct 2009. after 3 months its not well working. my voice is not going clearly . its a mike problem. I had repair to 5-6 time in authorised service center Aura Telecom service. but now it is not working and appread the same problem. plz tell me now what can i do ?

        I set the tracker password then after some days i removed my sim from my
        fly b430 hand set for some purpose and then inserted back. Now my
        mobile is asking password for opening the message and phone book it
        asking input password, even though i put original password it showing
        wrong password, also tried the default password 1122 but all is in

            I had purchased one Fly mobile(V100i) set from Suchitra Communication, Rourkela on 12/01/2009. There was display problem in my set for which I had given the set to local service centre(Smile Services, Bisra Road,Rourkela ) on 27/11/2009 (TAG/CALL No. CP/01/1477) for repair. Though they are telling me every time that the set will be returned within 15 days, till date I have n't received my set. When asked, their reply is also not satisfactory. I had tried to contact to Kolkotta & Delhi but the phone nos. shown in the books are responded as not in use. Even once I sent one mail to [protected]@merediantelecom.com which has returned back to me for the reason wrong mailing address.

            Hope an early response action from fly group.

              I HAVE BOUGHT A FLY MOBILE HANDSET MODEL NO.B700 SERIAL NO.3582IAO8732 FROM M/S BOSE &BOSE MG ROAD,VIJAYAWADA,ANDHRAPRADESH.DURING MAY 2008.THE SET IS HAVING THE FOLLOWING PROBLEMS.
              1.IMEI NO.OF SIM2 BECOME FRADULANT AND PHONE STOPPED WORKING FROM 30TH NOVEMBER 2009.
              2.SERVICE CENTRE AT VIJAYAWADA,ANDHRAPRADESH COULD NOT SOLVE THE PROBLEM.
              3.MOISTURE (SWEAT) IS ENTERING FROM THE FRONT GLASS AND GIVING SHABBY LOOK.
              4.SIM2 IS UNABLE TO RECIEVE FULL SIGNALS AND INCOMING VOICE IS VERY WEAK
              5.AT WEAK SIGNAL AREA THE FLY PHONE IS NOT FUNCTIONING, WHERE AS OTHER PHONES LIKE NOKIA ARE PERFORMING WELL.

                  fly E300 — Invalid IMEI No.

                  I had purchased the fly E-300 in feb, 2008 from pantaloon Bhubaneswar at a cost of Rs 10, 500/- currently my telecom operator is sending message that it is having invalid IMEI No. and it will stop working what will i do the company people are not respondig also.
                  I am having the same problem with my Fly 2040l mobile handset. Don't know what to do?

                    I gave my mobile for display complaint on feb 2009 first week and they rep[aired annd returned me after 2 months. My actual 12 month warranty expired on 18 october 2009. Now i have some problem again with my mobile.i asked for extension of waarranty for the period of 2 month( the period they kept my mobile for last repair).

                    Sir,
                    I had purchased one SX 200 Smart Slider Fly Mobile on 10-01-09 against
                    a cash receipt from B. R. Enterprises at Pacific Mall, Kaushambi, GZB.
                    After 6 months few arrow keys o[censored]pper key pad was not functioning &
                    I find recently upper key portion is not working completely.

                    Mobile was given to your authorized service centre by me on 19-12-09
                    for repair of faults against Job Sheet No.2576 at address placed below.

                    SURI TELECOM, 454/455, West Guru Angad Nagar,
                    Gurdwara Road. Laxmi Nagar, Delhi-110092.

                    Executive at service centre confirmed that the repair will be done by
                    20-12-09 itself against a cost of Rs.450/-. On mentioning the mobile
                    is under warranty, he agreed to do it free of cost if I provide the
                    date of purchase & bill details over phone on 20-12-09 morning. Bill
                    details was provided on 20-12-09 as requested over phone but refuses
                    to accept the same as he like to see the original bill & requires a
                    photo copy of the Bill.

                    Centre being closed on[protected]Monday), necessary details was shown
                    & handed over to him on 22-12-09 evening and I was intimated that it
                    requires a permission from the company to repair free of cost & mailed
                    to the company on that day itself. Again, on 24-12-09 when I asked for
                    the status of my mobile, i was intimated that the permission yet to be
                    received from the company.

                    In view of the above, it is requested that an early action may pl be
                    taken to repair my mobile by providing necessary permission the the
                    concerned customer care centre at Laxmi Nagar, Delhi.

                    i have purchased fly handset mc160 on 02/01/2010. after one month my handset gets automatically off and on.
                    whenever i switched on our handset after getting switched on it gets automatically switched off. it is not our problem many person of my friends circle are facing such type of problem. its my suggestion not to manufacture such type of faulty handset. there is lots of problem in ur fly mc160 model handset. its our humble request to kindly replace my handset otherwise i will send a mail to ur uk based corporate office.or i will go for consumer court file and file a case against fly company and its indian marketing associates

                      I strictly recommend all people to not to but fly mobiles...... I bought a fly mobile, model SL 500 I for rs 5000... after 7 months the display was broken as it fell down from my hand..... later i went to authorized fly customer care they charged a price of RS 1500 + service tax for getting repaired. As I am not having that much money that time I walked off. Later after two months I went to the same customer care for changing the display. They asked Rs 1800 + service tax.I argued that they asked only 1500 + service tax only before, but they said that they would not have said like that.
                      Rs 1800+ Rs 250( service charge) for changing the display is comparatively very high price when compared to other standard mobile phones display like NOKIA and SONY ERISSON.

                        I have purchased Fly E 300 from reliance digital on 7th June 2008. However on 26th November 2009, I have started receiving message that my phone will be stop working from 30th November 2009 since the IMEI number is not registered. In case, I have to continue with the same phone I need to contact some govt. office and pay some money which I don't understand.

                        I feel cheated and this is like an insult to me that such a message is coming even after I purchase from renowned shop with proper bill.

                        This is ridiculous on the part of Fly to have such issues. This has to be sorted out immeidately otherwise stop selling the Fly mobiles.

                        Now I don't know what to do after purchasing a mobile for hefty price of Rs. 9500 and just 1 year only got completed.

                          Maine Fly B720 mobile purchase kiya hain.Abhi uski warranty khatm ho gayi hain.Lekin maine Date 4/10/2009 ko purchase kiya tha.But after 2 month speaker problem ane ke karan maine wo handset company ko de diya.unhone 2 mahine bad mobile muze mobile without charge repair karke diya tha. Lekin 2/3 month bad mobile hang ho gaya.to maine use fir company ko submit kiya. Uske bad companyne 1.5/2 mahine bad moile replace karke diya par wo cell used tha.fir bhi maine use accept kiya.kuchh mere pas momory card nahi tha.15-20 din bad maine memory card load kiya to wo cell bahot slow chal raha tha.Aur usme Volume Key bhi ka problm aaya hai.Abhi aap hi sochiye sir ki cell ki warranty 1 Year ki thi lekin mobile 1 sal me 4/5 month service centre me hi tha.aur pure sal me maine use Problem hokar bhi use use kiya.Aur Mr. Manoj jo fly ke Service Engineer Ya Marketing Engineer hain unse maine bat bhi ki thi.Lekin unohone muze mutual understandin kahke mobile service centre me dene ko kaha.Abhi service centre wale kah rah hai ki mobile Repair hoke nahi aaya hain.
                          Halaki warranty khatm ho gayi hain lekin Mr.Manoj ne muze kaha tha ki wo cell repair karke dunga.Lekin wo aadmi FAKE nikla. Aur maine net per search kiya lekin company ka koi bhi mail id ya customer care ka no nahi mila.Service centr ka mila lekin unse support nahi mila. to ab main kya karu?
                          Muze used mobile diya gaya tha.

                          Fly Mobile — Bad experience with Fly B720

                          Hi,

                          I bought Fly B720 Dual Sim on Oct 2008 and some days ago charging stopped effectively I was able to see the charging pin in dangling state. I approached Service center of Fly at Jayanagar Bangalore and they refused to repair it because as per there analysis the pin is erected out from Printed circuit board (PCB) and thus they cant do anything. My questions are ?

                          1. Is this type of service fly gives?
                          2. Is this quality of service being given by Fly?
                          3. Are the product quality assurance standards so low ?

                          Please give answers to my questions as I have invested 9K in this mobile phone and just in few months its unusable to me and do take in account that there hasn't been no manual mishandling to this phone.

                          I hope you would escalates this to higher management and quality assurance team so that your reputation which is already at stake in market wont be worse in the upcoming future. Just for your reference no one in Bangalore is ready to service fly mobile and even sell it, thus you can understand why such bad response from the market is?

                          Do let me know the procedure for getting PCB replaced as my mobile is under warranty and do give me the detailed answers for my queries.

                            Hi All,

                            I purchased fly E-106 after a long wait, and found that the handset is faulty within 7 days, my keypad was not working, and when i gave to service center i got a DOA after 7 days, saying that your mobile cant be serviced so that you can exchange the set.

                            I contacted fly customer care they said that you have to contact the dealer for getting it exchanged with E-106 or a higher version.

                            Then later when i contacted the dealer, they said that they are not having stock at the moment for getting it replaced with a different model MC-160, and the stock may arrive after a week or after a month or it may not come at all.

                            And i dont want to continue with E-106 as am not confident on it for a long run :(


                            I am being troubled by both Dealer and Service Center and FLY company as well, where in i am not being given a proper solution.

                              hai,i purchased new fly-mc160 mobile on 31/10/09 in saravana stores ,chennai ,tamilnadu,
                              battary charged and start using on 01/11/09( sunday),from start i faced problem of rebooting.i am very disappointed.so,i went stores i informed about problem on 02/11/09(monday) ,they directed to go service centre.i have choosen siva communicatiion in velacherry,chennai,
                              there, they recived hand set with all accessories and made a chart sheet,and they replied, they have send complaint to company office.then they give approvel to give new piece.but no response from service center.i called they saying no reply from office. i am reaily disappointed.

                              i searched no complains site for fly mobiles.

                                1. I had given my Fly Cell phone handset for minor repairs ( no volume in ear phones : however speaker were fine) to the authorised dealer of the company as listed in the fly site to the following dealer :

                                2. I had given them the handset on 29 Sep 09 and they promised that it would be repaired in 2-3 days time. However it took almost 15 days for me to get the set repaired from them with numerous visits and repeated telephone request. Their reply was that they have sent it the company at Okhla and it will come back soon. They had charged me Rs 250.00 and had given me a reciept for the collecting the set back. On 13 October I went to collect the set after they has confirmed me that set had been repaired. The set was apparently working fine at this stage. The service centre the asked me to pay additional Rs 550.00 for the repairs. I paid the amount. BUT DESPITE NUMEROUS REQUESTS FOR A BILL OR SOME REPAIR WARRANTY OR STATEMENT OF THE WORK CARIED OUT THE PART REPLACED THEY REFUSED TO GIVE ANYTHING IN WRITING. WHEN THE OWNER WAS CONTACTED HE GRUDGINGLY AGREED TO GIVE ME A BILL OF Rs 800.00 WITH AN ADDITIONAL TAX OF 10% ( Rs 80.00) FOR GETTING THE BILL OF STATING THAT REPAIR OF MOBILE HANDSET MC -100 WITHOUT ANY MORE DETAILS.I found this highly irregular. The service engineer promised at this stage that within 15 days any problem with the set would be looked into for free. Next day the phone became dead and didnt switch 'ON'. As i was out of station so i waited for getting back to Delhi. On 19 Oct 09 ( within 6 days of the delivery) I went to the service center and they FLATLY REFUSED TO ACCEPT ANYTHING. The service center refused to repair the set. They said that the set was working fine when it was deliverd and anyway i can never prove wht repair was ever carried out since they knew no details were ever furnished by them.
                                3. It is requested the matter may please be looked into and appropriate action against the service center be taken. I may be kept informed regarding the same.

                                    I am a Fly V-90 mobile owner, which was purchased by me before 3 months. Although the mobile started giving problems during 1st month, it was untolerable further.The Mobile was having 2 problems:

                                    1) Network Issue: Phone goes on hang during inconsistent network/travelling and shows only white light. Sometime I am able to see the screen but not able to open any application.
                                    2) Earphone Issue: Phone automatically shows "Earphone being inserted" & "Earphone unplugged". and I am not able to make/listen call properly due to this. not able to listen FM also due to this.

                                    I have given my faulty V-90 Mobile for repairing to Fly authorized service center: Lalit watch Company, Gurgaon on 24th July and they told for 7-10 days, but still after more than 1 month, I am not able to get my repaired mobile back.

                                    Even neither service center nor customer care people are answering my query since long. I used to run to service center 2-3 times a week but I could not get any concrete solution yet. Customer care service is really frustating and helpless that they really don't understand the need of answer the customer for his query, although its their duty.

                                    Please think 100 times before purchasing Fly phone, and 1000 times before giving to a service center for repairing.

                                    MOBILE FLY V-90 — FAULTY MOBILE

                                    Sir,

                                    I had purchased a mobile FLY V90 from Hotspot Retail Limited, B-35, kALKAJI, New Delhi-110019 on 8.5.2008 under invoice no.[protected] under the bonafide belief that the same carried with it one year warranty/guarantee. Mr. Rahul, the Sales person showed me the mobile which appeared new but with open packing but convinced me that he had just opened it to show it to a just stander by customer. As the box did not have the required software CD, Mr. Rahul gave me CD by opening another box with a SAB CHALTA HAI attitude. However, my new mobile immediately developed complaints when its screen just went off. When I contacted Mr. Rahul in the shop, he along with Mr. Amit who was also present over there started giggling mischievously commenting that I should have seen the goods before leaving counter and the mobile did not carry any warranty of any sort. He sent me to FLY Repairing Centre ACCEL FRONTLINE LIMITED, 93, NEHRU PLACE who also did not cooperate with me and refused to repair the same under rejection note dated 6.7.2008 informing me verbally the heavy estimates for repairing the above mobile. As it was a new mobile and I did not want to be cheated once more, I again contacted the Hot Spot Kalkaji but to no avail.I am very aggrieved at the said state of affairs and request you to please help and ensure that such unscruplous activities are not repeated at Hot Spot Kalkaji New Delhi.

                                        I bought Fly Mobile Model No V110 six months back. The problem with the mobile is that when i am trying to listen FM it connects to calls and trying to load songs it shows that the battery is charging. I had taken up this matter to authorised service center but i havent got any positive help from the service centre. They kept the mobile with them for almost two months and keep me roaming here and there as the authorised service centre is at andheri kurla road. So please help me how to get my mobile servicable
