Dear Sir,
I purchased a new handset Fly B700 from One mobile-Big Bazar on 26-jan-2010.
As all handset comes with 1 year warranty, at the time of selling no information is given that this handset will come with the warranty of 6 months only.
Now the major concern is this handset is not properly working. I went to the services centre around 1 month ago, they said as we are unable to download the information of the handset, need to send a mail in head office that they are not getting the details to log a call against this faulty handset. When I went their after 30 days they said that company has withdrawn this handset 2 years back, and company is denying the warranty,
This was a shocking news for me, after listening this I went to the dealer (Big Bazar), they talked with services centre, after that a new image someone Sales Manager of Fly for delhi / ncr region came, and he submitted the mobile in services centre,
I have submitted the handset on 7/5/2010, still now services centre is saying that as they are unable to log the call they have sent a mail to head office and waiting for the reply.
Now there are 2 major concerns:-
1) When I will get the handset repaired, since it around 1 month I managed to use faulty handset, and now I have no handset to use, and even I am unaware of the date by which my problem will be resolved.
2) Why they are providing the warranty only for 6 months

Duplicate Fly mobile phones are available in market, which in result recently we ve purchased a new cell from India’s big retail market Bigbazar of (Future Groups).
Duplicity examples are i.e mobile IEMI numbers are found different physically and system’s internal, where we found thru their service centre personals after approaching to repair the cell on purchasing of 2 days two different mobiles.
Which both are different and their service providers are also ignoring to provide warranty services on the avl IEMI no#.
Also as an international cellular brand fly mobile is not bothering on the current matter, several times we ve visited their retail counter and the service centers, but the response we are getting is not satisfactory.
In the cellular (IMEI) matter our government of INDIA is keen to get the genuinely data abt consumers visibility, but current market brands are selling their product like anything.
You are requested to pls investigate and check the same in a result @ Mulund (cheknaka) bigbazar and also your team can contact me to show the result.
Kindly help genuine consumers to get the benefits of spending their money and believes.
Eagerly waiting for solutions on the matter from our superiors and government authority.
With your help we can take-up the matter with media also to aware the fly brand value in market.
